1 ★This app is useless. The touch screen isn't working properly. So I can't fill the grid in. When I try to come out of it, it says the grid isn't completed! So I keep going with the intermittent fault until I eventually fill in the grid for it to proudly say that the screen is working perfectly!
1 ★Uninstalling, should remove it from your phone. Not take the icon away and leave a little android face with the same words there. It always says that these permission are optional, and you can turn them off in settings. You can't. Go to Samsung websites for developers and look at their hacked mess of a brand. And don't wait for updates. Do them yourself. They just leave them there as .exe for you to figure out.
4 ★Very difficult to obtain fingerprint recognition. I think I tried about 12 times on the test screen after changing my fingerprints. Not as good as my replacement phone S9. Face recognition is a bit hit and miss as well. Vert disappointed.
5 ★Everything seems to work good. Keep getting notices to "clear device before it breaks down" even after running my security. Says it's from Samsung but I won't use, it look suspicious.
4 ★I thought this was pretty easy to us but I didn't have some things to complete the test wired headphones and wireless charger to finish test they should let u know you will need that first. Other than that was easy go use would use again
2 ★the new iu 6 update is horrible. bring all the old camera settings back. I used to be able to change the backgrounds in portrait mode after the pic was taken and now you cant Also portrat effect and remaster picture option is gone.
4 ★I think that it's a good idea being able to test the phone, but instead of 10 seconds 20 seconds, would be better,for slow coaches like me!! But it's great!!!

1 ★This is not working. I tried to check my WiFi connection, I have a good signal on 2 of my other devices. It says I have a strong signal on this one too but I absolutely have no connection even though it's saying I do.
1 ★Kind of worthless in most countries besides the diagnostics the apps, even them are kind of worthless because you can test them yourself and they are not very accurate. I had a Galaxy device with 81% maximum capacity battery and it said the Battery Life was 'Good'.
