1 ★Dreadful. It took the Vodafone advisor nearly an hour to get this app working on my phone. Now it's working, it's pretty useless. Why? Because it's so called alerts are not. I have all my volume settings to the max (people in China can hear when my phone gets an email!) but when this app signals an alert it make a pathetic tinkle for a few seconds and stops. It will get missed. It should be LOUD and PERSISTENT and VIBRATING until cleared. Vodafone - please fix this. It's easy to do!

1 ★Not fit for purpose unfortunately. Difficult to charge (it has to be lined up exactly and often stops charging) and because of this it typically gives us 1 days use for 3-4 days charging. This is the second unit we have tried but will be returning this for refund rather than replacement. When it is working it generates lots of worrying false fall alarms which makes it worse than having nothing.

2 ★Struggling to use the App. At times the circle just spins and does not load the page on the phone. Seems less customisable than I expected, and we have had a fail when we tested the band - it flashed red, but did not send the alert even though my phone (also on vodafone) had good signal. Questioning now if fit for purpose.

1 ★Dangerously unreliable. The first band stopped charging, they replaced it. Since then I have repeatedly been double charged, but every time they've corrected that, they cancelled the band from my account. I want a full refund as they seem unable to get the band and the account working properly.

2 ★i was hoping that a GPS tracking watch app would at least have a simple map function so you could see where your loved one is at any time? shame this does not, you only see a tiny map when the watch thinks its had a fall. please can you add this basic requirement?

1 ★awful....doesnt appear to work on Android 6. enter your number to set up, get the pin, enter the pin and the logo just goes round and round.
