1 ★Horrendous! This is an awful app. How can the developers produce an app for your Broadband that never connects to the Broadband. Like others have said it simply never connects to the router so I'm unable to change the router settings. What I don't understand is how they have never managed to fix this with updates.

2 ★In theory it's a useful app, but in practice it's pretty rubbish. Forgets renamed devices so they pop up again with their original name, no way to delete duplicate devices from app. Would I recommend, probably not.
5 ★Really Useful App I've found it really helpful to get the info from the router on my phone. It tells you the download speed to the router and gives you a 15% discount if it's less than the guaranteed minimum. And you can see at a glance what is connected by WiFi and limit access to anything connected. Great app!

1 ★Easily the worst broadband I have had since dial-up in the 90s. Nothing but problems with the connection dropping and speeds way below the 'guaranteed minimum' for 12 months. Lost count of the number of times I had to contact customer support to raise issues. Despite all the issues with their inability to provide a reliable broadband with reasonable speeds, still had to pay to end my contract 6 months early.
1 ★Oh dear! Take Care! Nice app BUT update has removed facility to set WIFI channels. Disconnects our Ring Doorbell security system, and online vodafone forums show many others have problems too. May force you to scrap lots of wifi stuff or buy a new router or change broadband supplier. Eventually I managed to reinstall an old version of the app to fix the problem temporarily.
1 ★I have a router provided by Vodafone but the app refused to connect to it when setting the app up, saying 'it seems your router is not supported, this app only works with a Vodafone WiFi hub or Vodafone home broad and hub'. I do have Vodafone home broadband so no idea why it won't work, it used to but only stopped connecting recently.
