5 ★It works great, the recollection and delivery services are a little bit belated, still acceptable. Who wants to expend the days of doing laundry if you can get it done for you at a reasonable price right?
1 ★Wasted 10 minutes with it. The service is not available in Chile, apparently, but is advertised as available. I wasted more than 10 minutes trying to sign up (no surprise here, there's not a single working app on the continent), just to find out that there's no service.
2 ★Well... It takes two days to get back the laundry. Givin the condition that I can just walk down the street and get it in the same day or max in the next day. But with Mr Jeff order on Monday and receive on Wed seems unreliable. PLUS IT HAS NO ENGLISH VERSION. WHAT A SHAME.
3 ★The most convenient way to do laundry. The only complaint I have about the app is the push-notification I'm getting always shows that my order will be picked up between 1 and 2 o clock even if it's not.
1 ★WASTE OF TIME - I scheduled a service for today and they reminded me during the whole week that they were coming today to pick up my clothes. No one came and when the hour pass, I checked the App and my service request DISSAPEARED. Now I have to find a place to wash my clothes with no time because I trusted in this irresponsable people.
5 ★Very good service, pick and delivery always prompt. Communication skills are excellent, all laundry and dry cleaning washed properly with no damage or loss of items.

5 ★I'm using Mr Jeff in Lima, Peru and can totally recommend it. Easy to use, great customer service and most importantly the laundry is delivered clean to your doorstep!
1 ★Awful customer service. You ask them to pick up a bunch of pieces, enough for a car, they send a bicycle. After complaining, they simply say that's what they can do and if you're not happy order somewhere else.
2 ★Alerted developers weeks ago of English language choice bug... still English unavailable in app. Disappointed... I have already contacted you in regards of this app malfunction, but nothing done about it so far... NB: And I don't speak Spanish
