3 ★I think they should list what benefits a job offers like how indeed has that feature. additionally, I think they should list what pay wage is being offered. that would be helpful.

3 ★Clicking links in event email messages and using the handshake app to view them doesn't take me to the event link. I end up at the user landing page. If I try use the web browser to view the email links, I'm unable to interact with the event information because they have a dialogue box that is designed to force me to click "use the handshake app" which still doesn't take me to the event link. I'm unable to click on the "use website browser" link because the dialogue box shifts in size.
1 ★The website works, but the app is irritating. It doesn't work at all. I have never been able to use it ever since the website asked me to download it even though it says I'll have a better experience in the app. Everytime I try to use the app, I put in my email and it asks me to enter the code sent to my email, but I don't get any code in my email. I click resend code and still nothing.
2 ★The UI for this app is awful. For many versions now the Inbox has been super buggy. The Messages header is like 200 pixels down from the top main header. This makes messages not take up the full screen height and they scroll under the Messages header. Device: Samsung Galaxy S8. Resolution: Happens in any resolution set on screen.
1 ★Hardly works at all. You go to apply to something and it tells you that you must apply externally, which would be fine if it didn't force you to use the in app browser, which doesn't work at all. Changing profile information is also a huge pain and it doesn't seem to save until you change it several times
4 ★Sometimes your job search history effects the recommended algorithm and the job pool becomes very similar and repetitive. If you are looking for a diverse range of jobs you will have to manually search each field. Other than that the app is really helpful and flows quite nicely.
1 ★No different than the web version even worse. After you review a company the back button takes you back to the home page and you lose your place where you were in the list. You have to start over. At least in web version you can navigate using the browser navigation buttons.
1 ★This entire app and software is useless both for students and employers. It is disgusting to me that is the only thing colleges use to employ their students. Jobs are unfocused, unrealistic, and never anywhere near where I live. From the employer side it was difficult even getting any universities to accept us, and then the potential matches offered to us were not matches. Also, I am sure most the students on there do not check Handshake anyway because it is useless to them. Bad all around
1 ★I've used this app in the past. But this time when I downloaded it again, it wouldn't give me an option to simply sign in. It wanted me to register again. So I did, and there was two options for my school. One was apparently for alumni, so I clicked the other one. Now it says, "Your account is pending school approval." Not sure why, as I'm able to use the mobile site. And I would've stuck with using the mobile site, if it wasn't for the annoying "use the app" popup on every refresh or load
