チームワークアプリ“RECOG”RECOGは、メンバー同士の「称賛」をつうじて、普段はわかりにくい各自の「活躍」がみえるアプリです。
ひとりひとりの仕事のやる気がさらに高まったり、職場や仲間がもっと好きになったりと、チームをポジティブに盛り上げていきます。
［RECOGの仕組み］
1日1回（最大3回）、職場の仲間に向けて、感謝や尊敬や信頼の想いを「レター」として届けます。メンバー間で認めたり、称えたりといったチームワークを高めるアクションをゲーム感覚で楽しみながら進めることができます。

①「活躍」がみえます。
仲間の頑張りや成果に対して、称賛の証 =「レター」を贈ることで、いつもはみえにくい「活躍ぶり」がわかります。
②「強み」がわかります。
「レター」といっしょに、行動の特性にちなんだ6種類のスタンプを贈ることで、各自の「強み」もみえてきます。
③「チームの状態」もみえます。
各メンバーが贈った「レター」などの集計から、チーム全体の“活性度合”が天気のようなデザインでひと目でわかります。
