4 ★Very basic app but does what it's supposed to. I use it mainly for the wireless doorbell. I did have a couple of minor issues and the devs replied promptly with easy solutions. Everything works as it should. 5 stars for an improved GUI and instructions :)

1 ★Doorbell system is horrible as you can only access its live feed only while you're in your home using the same wifi as the doorbell. You cannot access the live feed when you're away from your home. The app is so slow when accessing it

1 ★The connection for the app is always messing up and I constantly have to sign in all the time just to look at my camera, and it takes so long just to load, I'm very disappointed with this product in general!

1 ★Followed the instruction to connect to the video doorbell and never received a wifi network to connect too. What a gigantic waste of time and money.

1 ★Garbage! Paid a stiff price for this device at Lowe's only to find out its junk! I can't even log into the app to turn the volume up. why would you set the volume so low at the factory settings? I can barely hear it! not a happy customer.

1 ★Product not working- worked for a few months, just stopped. Spending hours trying to reconnect with my internet. Xfinity wifi will not connect. Maybe I need to subscribe for service. Completed process too ambiguous. Product never mentioned a service fee. Going with Ring!
