2 ★Not user friendly or intuitive. Often has not added the deals to my checkout total and I have to get in store assistance to manually add the deals. Update: in reply to deveoper note below... heck, it took me 5 minutes to find Settings! It's well hidden. The "chat" is a bot that doesn't chat. Apart from sending an email to you, I see no other way to communicate. Make your app easier to use. More importantly, make it work correctly when we're at checkout.
1 ★Wow. This is really bad. I wish I had listened to several dissatisfied customers and waited until i was forced to switch to the new app - even reinstalling from scratch didn't help. Based on how long this has been an issue, I don't anticipate a solution anytime soon. Guess I'll be shopping at Kroger now. What's the point of having an app that has errors on every single page? There aren't bugs, delays, or occasional misfires.... It simply does not work.
2 ★I like that I can check my reward points . It's easy to use. But I am not impressed with the checkout portion. Seems like a new update every couple weeks now, and every time, something stops working when trying to check out. At least half a dozen times in the past couple months, I suddenly am not able to checkout for one reason or another. Customer service is NO HELP. Trying to make a grocery order before work, to pick up after work, has a 50/50 chance of success.
3 ★Not a fan of the update. The app can't remember my store so I have to pick it every time. The last time I ordered delivery I had to specify "for delivery" before every item for some reason (and this was on the website, but it's tied to my account). I can't customize my categories (ie, eliminate the baby stuff) and only see the things I need anymore. Not sure why updates always make things harder to use. It was pretty great as it was.
2 ★Saves money and mostly worth it but app is very slow to load and constantly freezes. I have the most updated version but continue to have the same problems. Have to reload over and over. Best to plan shopping list and rewards before you do your shopping. Much too frustrating to try to use while in the store. In other words, the offers and savings are excellent but the app is slow and cumbersome. Love my local Jewel, though. Employees are excellent and care about their customers.
3 ★I shop at Jewel Osco because it's literally around the corner, it's convenient. The Jewel Osco app is not. I'm fed up with having to return to the service desk regularly because digital coupons are not being taken off (correct) items I purchased. It seems if a product is part of another promotion such as buy $25 get $5 off certain items, you can't use the coupon for any item singly. The rewards are nonsense. Give the regular price on the digital coupons. List coupons in some order!
2 ★This app used to be good. Now it's almost a disaster. Sometimes it works. Most times it doesn't. It hardly ever takes my in basket rewards...no matter how many times I clicked on the reward. I recently clicked a reward for a 30 dollar discount when I spend 30 or more. I ended up spending 30 dollars and received zero discount. This app is absolute trash.
1 ★I am so frustrated by this now useless app. Items I KNOW are on sale in the circular and in the store, the app cannot find. I was only able to find and download one of the Sizzlin Hot Digital coupons. I had to choose which Lay's I wanted to purchase, but changed my mind. The app won't let me change my mind! I can't find the 6 pk of bottles for $2.99, nor the 24 pk of cans if I search Deals. I also have something clipped that I can't unclip. I don't know what to do with this mess.
1 ★I never review apps, but just had to with this one. The previous version was simple and easy to use. The new version is absolutely atrocious. So hard to find anything I need. So many clicks to get to one simple category. Takes forever to load. I cannot imagine how anyone late in age is expected to understand how to utilize this app. Im a believer that this new version is designed as such to get ppl to stop using it and just deal with paying more. Im considering no longer shopping here.
4 ★This new app is harder to use and quite different than the previous version, but with a little practice it's not so bad. I like that you can shop from this app instead of having one app for coupons and one for shopping. One suggestion is to have an option to see all the contents clipped to "My List" at once, without having to toggle the categories--it takes too long to toggle each category every time I open the app to see the contents.
1 ★Most unnecessary update EVER !! Previous version of your app was PERFECT in EVERY aspect , this latest update is absolutely terrible, it makes me want to stop use it all together. It's not intuitive, i can't find anything I'm looking for, using your balance points takes couple of minutes to do and then it still doesn't work in a store ! BRING BACK PREVIOUS VERSION AND STOP REINVENTING THE WHEEL !!!!!!!!
2 ★App updates have made it unstable. Not getting points for gas anymore a definite downgrade. It works sometimes and I have been helped a few times at the service desk. Which is why I give it 2 stars. However sometimes I can't get any help because the employees don't know how to use the app themselves. Sometimes it loses the clipped items and I lose the rewards points. Then I have to hope someone at the service desk can help me which can be frustrating. This app is average at best and unreliable.
