1 ★Recently I had a bad experience with the driver app. .I have picked up a passenger from a certain location and I was heading to the destination. On the way ( after 2 km ) the passenger noticed a fare increase and the trip was cancelled by the passenger. A message came TRIP CLOSED. After a few minutes my account is suspended. I have written to DIDI.. No one replied yet. My question is how can a passenger can cancel a trip while the driver is heading to the destination? Weird app
1 ★Terrible. I'm fed up with receiving messages as early as 5am telling me about Didi rewards. I want my number removed from the system but I don't get that unsubscribe option or anyone to contact for that matter. Please don't delete my review again and do something about it
5 ★Relatively safe and user friendly
5 ★I like the fact that Didi deducts fare commision. Should improve security of drivers by allowing them to cancel unsafe trips including rider not wearing a mask without affecting CRs.
1 ★Surge pricing is now completely gone. There used to be a proper surge that covered the whole busy area. But now the surge only pops when a passenger is trying to get a ride surge just pops up like a small box and just vanishes . I don't know why they decreased the amount of surge and its time.
2 ★You're now doing poor service now check it was 35 trips to get R1000 bunus at 19:00 then come to R500 now you said R500 for 35 trips only on didi go yet didi go you gonna only make less than 5 trips a day and guess what without promotions with your app we do make money l want you to have a look from today you introduce this 35 trips on didi go how many drivers will still driving for that you will starting from today number of drivers is reducing because of that.
4 ★GPS need improvement, but overall unlike Uber scam my earnings never go missing, so since Uber steals some of my earnings by making few fares go missing, and good luck to you in busy time you'll not remember all of your fares and Uber may take advantage and steal few trips, just like what they did to me and other drivers l know. Be aware of Uber SCAM drivers! And good luck to you if try to contact them, hopeless support!
1 ★my driver partner account got suspended without any notice on the basis provided to me by didi as (fraudulent activity) which isn't true, after driving for so long as a driver partner, doing long pick-ups, doing everything i could, this is how they treat you as a disposable bottle thrown out in the bin everytime after use. The best part is no one could question their injustice behaviour.
1 ★A simplest thing you idiots don't understand, is that the driver needs to focus on the road while driving, not on your stupid app to figure out how it works AFTER it is updated. REAL bunch of idiots employed there, RATHER making it more user friendly, you make it more complicated.

1 ★The app was deactivated without any warning or notifications and the customer services didn't give a reason for over a week now and they didn't rectify the problem.
1 ★Didi is not good especially for me i download drivers upp i used it for less than a week they blocked me i don't know why I send emails until now they still blocked me at least tell me the reason
