4 ★I don't get how long it takes or how exactly you are supposed to verify my card, but this is what's keeping me from rating it 5 stars. But at least my debit card was somehow accepted (which is better) than dismissed on the spot in other services. Otherwise, the fact that your service allows cash payment (even if it meant paying exact) where others hardly allow it due to varying reasons is an absolute lifesaver for me.
1 ★Customer service is beyond awful. "Customer Support has responded to your request. Please don’t hesitate to reply if you have any further questions." You can't actually add a reply to a problem and they selectively choose what and what not you can complain about, which is incredibly limited in the first place. Drivers often miss the restaurant where they have to pick the food from. They have delivered my food damaged too often for it to be serviceable. Avoid service AT ALL COSTS.
2 ★Im not agree with DIDI increasing in-store prices if they are already charging a good price for delivering thats why the service of the app is not getting 5 stars. Also the range of close stores to provide the service is too little, even the delivering from the restaurants are coming to your house to bring the food if you call directly to the store because DIDI is not
1 ★Total Rip-Off! 1. A customer can only use a maximum of 2 coupons in a single day. 2. Only one coupon can be used in a single order, so you can't use delivery fee coupon with a 30% off coupon. Uber Eats is much better. No limits on number of coupons per day or coupons per order. Didi Food hits you where it hurts the most: Your wallet.
5 ★Wonderful app and hope the service will also keep nice! Currently, there are some discounts on a lot of cuisines, it will be great if the discounts continue in a new form.
4 ★It's ok. But i wish they were more transparent with pricing. They charge extra compared with the in-store menus and they still charge delivery fees. How much of this is the app getting compared with the restaurant and the couriers?
1 ★They call to tell me that I have $80 on my app to spend until 9pm right now is 2:30pm and there's no cash on my app, it's the second time they lie. Ubers eats and Rapping have better promotions and are cheaper in almost every restaurant compare to Didi...
5 ★Offers amazing deals at the moment, but we will see if they continue to offer amazing deals after they have finished kicking uber eats and rappi out of the food delivery business.
1 ★The worst customer service , and invite friends only work the first two times, means you wont really get the campaign offer for inviting friends , and when i sent the chstomer service they asked for too much personal info about my friends such as name and phone numbers , and as you know phone number is not easy to give it to anyone even your friends.. with all that i managed to get one friend'e all info and ofc no reply for ages now. Just use other apps.
1 ★The store declined an issue were I did not recieve a drink I paid for and the delivery man also declined having recieved it... Nothing was resolved... Never using this app again.

1 ★I put in a large amd expensive order for several restaurant items. The app cancelled my order due to lack of drivers and my money was never re imbursed. 0/5 and uninstalling. Beware of this app.
