2 ★Major issue with the app. I got multiple businesses connected to the app. Everytime I have to set the alarm on or off for 1 of the businesses, I have to completely shut the app and log off and re login again to have it work. Otherwise, it never connects to the system.

2 ★App no longer displays any sort of notifications, app is up to date. Worked fine for a year and no longer works. No notification of the alarm turning on or off, going off, smoke detectors going off. This is why we switched to this. Support is non existent. Several Emails have gone unanswered.
1 ★I have to Uninstall the app daily in order to arm/disarm
1 ★Previous ipFob and Alula app versions worked great on older Kyocera Brigadier, but despite numerous attempts cannot get this new app to work on my Android v5.1.1 phone that's updated as far as it will go. Appears to sign in with no error messages, but bounces back out to log-in screen and will not display DSC system virtual keypad. Works fine on my iPad, though.
1 ★App is slower than molases in January! Does not connect to panel AT ALL on broadband connection. Have to disable wi-fi connection and switch to cellular data before it will even connect. PC portal works slow, but connects. If there is another app to use other than this one, you should use it!
1 ★quality horrible functionality and set up horrible..doesnt hold memory well..viewing recordings i find it hard to pin point exact times... also the big kicker its not consistently recording and ive had packages stolen..it would be nice to be able to bill you guys for this waste of tech you've created and the security companies your working with are just as bad Titanium security hands down the worse

3 ★Very slow startup. Door lock always shows refreshing app hasn't worked since the update. Android system says app isn't responding
2 ★My cameras are constantly going off line and mysteriously come back on line at some random time. I power them off and back on and still nothing. Is this a cloud issue or something? There are no troubleshooting steps in the app.
