KidiConnect® lets you keep in touch with your child even when you are away from home.With KidiConnect® kids can share messages using a compatible VTech toy. All contacts must be approved by parents before any communication can take place so parents will have peace of mind knowing their child is in a kid-safe environment.
NOTE: KidiConnect® is meant for communication with compatible VTech toys. You cannot use it to send messages to adults or children who do not have a compatible device.

KidiConnect® uses an Internet connection to let you communicate with your child even when you are away from home - anywhere in the world. Parents can also add family members and friends to the child's contact list, so grandparents can stay close too.
• Kid Safe. All contacts must be approved by parents before communication can take place. Users who are not on a child's contact list cannot contact your child.
• Good For All Ages! Even the youngest kids can use KidiConnect® to share voice messages, photos, drawings, stickers, and pre-recorded messages. And as children grow, they will be able to share text messages too!
• Group Chat. With Group Chat, your child can communicate and share with multiple family members or friends at the same time.
• Share Moments. Parents can easily share photos or drawings from their children and post them to social media sites with a single touch.
• It's Fun! You can customise your KidiConnect® avatar with your photo or choose one of several cartoon designs. There are also fun stickers and pre-recorded messages. Your child can even use the voice changer to record a robot voice or a mouse voice!
Using KidiConnect®
Parents:
Please register your child's VTech device before downloading this app. This will create a Learning Lodge™ Family Account, which one parent can use to log in to this app. That parent will be in charge of the child's contact list and can use this app to send or approve friend requests on their child's behalf.
The other parent will have to sign up for a separate Learning Lodge™ account and be added to the family like any other relative.

You must get parental approval before you can contact a child. Once you've signed up for a Learning Lodge™ account, send the child's parents a request to join their family.

1 ★Absolutely awful . You get a notification for a message and open it and there's no message !! I've deleted and 're.installed at least twice a week since Xmas . such a let down!!! get it sorted vtech!!!
5 ★Maybe I'm lucky. No problems. Yes it can be a little slow to load messages but that's not surprising nor an issue.
1 ★Slower than slow! About as useless as the device its connected to! Save your cash and buy a used phone and dont put a sim in!!
1 ★Hands down one of the worst apps I have seen. Constantly signs you out and doesn't recognise you. Awful sign up process - I hope you like Capchas. Oh and one bug so funny it's laughable, it always turns photos upside down. Seriously? Shocking from a company like vtech.
1 ★OK I have the same problem with the app as everyone else is experiencing, its a complete joke/scam and I reckon we (all parents) should file a lawsuit against the company for faulse advertising on its product, it simply dose not work as promised.also I had to rate this worthless app with one star so I could post this comment,

1 ★Good device for kids but the app is terrible and difficult to use for parents, often stalls and I can't attach photos and now can't access it. Clearly developed and ignored since
2 ★The app dosent always open, works approximately 1/10 times. Forever trying to open it & close it. 3 other phones have the same problem with the app. Even deleted & reinstalled !
1 ★Messaging only seems to work when adult and child devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi which is pointless!
1 ★Very poor. Cannot log into app. Changed password still cannot log in. Tried setting up a new learning lodge account this also does not work as I haven't received the parental code via email. Cannot use at all. What's the point in purchasing a kidicom for my son!!
3 ★Not the quickest app and has a tendency to crash. Daughter loves the idea of it though, just wish it was a better user experience.
4 ★Worked for 1 day initially ... Couldnt log in on the phone or ours and we had a very disappointed daughter on boxing day ... Seems ok now but various errors pop up occasionally.
