2 ★I think paying 4 dollars a month is a little pricey for a kids app. I don't mind the subscription, but if it was cheaper like 1 or 2 dollars a month I could do. But 4 is too expensive. Especially when my kids favorite music youtuber only asks for a dollar a month for patreon.
1 ★I purchased a premium annual subscription and haven't been able to open the app on my phone nor my daughter's tablet since. It just spins after alerting of some app error which quickly disappears.
5 ★I was not able to login but sent an email to the company. They quickly responded the next day. What ever was wrong, they immediately fix the issue and then reply back for me to try to log in. I was impressed that ituy worked.
1 ★DONT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS ITS A SCAM they say you can cancel any time by simply selecting the cancel option. When i emailed them to tel them i could ton find the cancel option the replied they could not help me and continued to take money from me knowing i no longer wanted the app.
5 ★Love how easy to navigate. The songs are a life saver to keep lil one entertained during diaper changes. Customer svc is quick to resolve issue if one arises.(had app for over a yr and only one issue but i feel possibly related to overwhelming new customers/downloads during holiday and was back to normal in less than 24 hrs)
4 ★Edit: I can log in again. Thank goodness. Now I'll never get my phone back from my son...... Was only allowed to use it 1 day despite paying and then wouldn't let me log back in to use it any other day. Kept saying error. My son loves these shows.
1 ★Works great on mobile but not on tablet. I just purchased the month to month subscription and I'm really disappointed in the tablet version. I cannot get the app to work at all on the tablet. The screen is completely chopped up and I can't even get logged into my account because the app is only in the horizontal view and not switchable to vertical. The app crashes ALL the time and I downloaded the videos and I can't even get them to play. super disappointed
1 ★This app is garbage. We set up the free trial and planned to do the yearly subscription, but can't access any content. The app just goes in circles telling us to restore subscription, then asks us to pick a plan when I can see from my email that I have one. We're getting rid of our cable and had planned to use this for my 20 month old and 9 month old and now we can't.
1 ★I purchased this app for my daughter. February a 2019 it is never works correctly. Every time we get on it only allows us to watch the free videos says that we don't have a subscription and that we need a new one. We have a subscription. In fact, I was just charged again for a subscription that I cannot use when I tried to cancel it. It says it won't cancel till next year. I'm very disappointed with baby first and with Google Play.
5 ★In the couple of months I've used the app, I've seen a number of small functionality improvements. Just making the app more and more user friendly. I do however wish the phone app was more streamlined with the TV app, as I do find that easier to use and it offers more compilations the little one enjoys. I did encounter an issue with my account, but it was swiftly resolved. Customer service is outstanding.
1 ★Wish I read the reviews , this app does not work well on the phone or tablet, I just purchased the yearly subscription for my baby girl and it does not work accordingly, the app is not functional. If you want to go back and select another video, you can't you have to close the app completely out then return just to go back on a previous page. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, silly me. I was better off just watching them for free on YouTube.
1 ★Since the app was updated to the new platform, I have not been able to use it and don't even bother to try anymore. It keeps kicking me out as a subscriber and every time I try to re-subscribe by tapping the "Restore Your Purchase" banner, but then it never allows me to go pass the next screen. I've already been in touch with the company about this issue back in March and it was resolved and worked for maybe a month and then it was back to the same issue. I use both an iPad and Android smart phone and have the same problem on both. I do not recommend this app, it has been a HUGE waste of money.
