2 ★App is very basic. 1. You should have options to update the profile with correct address so that when request for service is placed, the service team knows where to allocate. I received multiple calls before the work being allocated to someone nearby. 2. In the feedback rating, all smileys are same and doesn't indicate which is best and which is worst. Change the smileys developers. 3. Extended warranty information should be included in the app.

1 ★App is good but no one updates information or acts on service requests. Poor customer service

1 ★Total waste app. I have lodged a complaint using this app but it was cancelled automatically. And after that it is not taking complaint. Worst service by LG I will not recommend LG to anyone. Poor company.

1 ★Thier brand new refrigerator stops working after 9 to 10 months. Then even though you are in warranty, no one will come resolve the issue no matter how many times you request for it. And even if they come, the engineers themselves don't know how to resolve the issue.

1 ★Worthless app. You are asking useless things...like model number ...serial number....purchase date etc How come it be possible to find this for a microwave oven purchased some 9 yrs back ? We are not asking free service under any warranty. You should be rather be concerned about the problems...sply when we wanna our microwave to be get served on paid basis your service representative will be concerned about technicalities not the useless paperwork. Pathetic...imprudent and unprofessional. Minus 10 over 10...!

1 ★i have transferred from Dhanbad (Jharkhand) to Udaipur (Rajasthan) but could not update my address in the lg service app because there is no provision. All my complaints are logged in dhanbad.

1 ★if you downloading this app i feel for you, because you are entering the worst customer experience product co in the world. They charge a bomb for a useless, unprofessional service of your product, do not hv parts to fix it, do not have qualified technicians. i got my 2 ac's serviced recently. one of them has stopped working after the second day, no response for last 4 weeks of chasing them to fix it or give my money back. i paid 3500 rs for cleaning outer filters and 1 gas filling.

1 ★if I raise request for service in app. it says please check with tracking service. but in that option it will be showing old service status. you can't raise request for service in app it's not working properly. NOTE NO GOOD AND FAST SERVICE IN LG AIR CONDITIONER COMPARED TO OTHER BRAND some concern team should look after this app error

1 ★Worst experience ever... Bought an Split A/c on 21-05-2020.today its 26-05-2020 but still not installed. Called more than 100 times to area representative but No any Genuine response from any of them.

4 ★A great app with excellent usage. but ...4 stars becoz of the below.... I own 3 LG ACs, LG Fridge, LG Front loading Washing Machine, LG Vacuum cleaner. I have added all these in the LG India Service app. However I need to remove some old appliances from the App. How do I do that. I cannot find any "Remove product" option in the app. Please help.
