Description
東芝テック製レジスターMA-770において東芝製FlashAir（SDカード）に出力した精算データをFlashAirのWiFi経由で収集し、日報や月報など各種集計を行うことができるソフトです。
レジナビ２には大きく分けて４つの機能があります。
・売上データ取得機能
⇒ＭＡ－７７０に取り付けてあるＦｌａｓｈＡｉｒより売上データファイルを取得します。
・売上データ閲覧／編集機能
⇒ＭＡ－７７０より取得した売上データを一覧形式で表示します。取得したデータの
編集および削除が可能です。
・帳票／グラフイメージ保存機能
⇒帳票およびグラフをイメージファイルとして端末に保存します。
・本部集計機能
⇒本部のレジナビ2端末で各店舗の売上データ集計ができます。

はじめに、本ソフトウェアを使用される前に下記ソフトウェア使用許諾契約を必ずお読みください。
本ソフトウェア使用許諾契約に合意いただけない場合は、速やかに本ソフトウェアすべてを破棄してください。お客様が本ソフトウェアを使用された時点、または、本ソフトウェア使用許諾契約をご一読後本ソフトウェアを破棄されない場合は、本ソフトウェア使用許諾契約に同意し、東芝テック株式会社（以下東芝テックとします。）との間で契約が成立したものとさせていただきます。

（１）本ソフトウェア、これに関するドキュメンテーション及びそれらの複製物に関する著作権等の権利は、東芝テックに帰属します。
（２）東芝テックは、お客様に対し、本ソフトウェアに対応する東芝テック製品を利用する目的で、本ソフトウェアの日本国内における非独占的使用権を許諾します。東芝テックの事前の同意がない限り、本契約に基づき許諾された権利を第三者へ再許諾、移転、譲渡、及び担保に供することはできません。
（３）お客様は、本ソフトウェアの全部または一部の複製、修正、改変、リバース・エンジニアリング、逆コンパイルまたは逆アセンブル等を行うことはできません。
（４）お客様は、本ソフトウェアを単独で、もしくは本ソフトウェアの全部または一部を第三者に配布、提供、レンタル、リースまたは譲渡することはできません。
（５）お客様は、本ソフトウェアを悪質、詐欺的または違法な目的に使用すること、その他本契約で認められた以外に使用することはできません。
（６）お客様は、操作マニュアルに従って本ソフトウェアを使用するものとします。
（７）東芝テックは、本ソフトウェアがお客様の特定の目的に適合すること、もしくは有用であること、または本ソフトウェアに瑕疵がないこと、その他本ソフトウェアに関して、お客様にいかなる保証もいたしません。
（８）東芝テックは、本ソフトウェアの使用に関して生ずる直接的または間接的な損失、損害等について、いかなる場合についても一切の責任を負いません。
（９）東芝テックは、お客様、その他の第三者が本ソフトウェアを使用して発生した、本ソフトウェアを格納した記憶装置や機器等、ならびに本ソフトウェアの使用の結果に関する直接的または間接的な損失、損害等について、いかなる場合においても賠償等の一切の責任を負わず、かつ、お客様はこれに対して東芝テックを免責するものとします。
（１０）お客様は、日本国政府または当該国の政府より必要な許可を得ることなしに、本ソフトウェアの全部または一部を、直接または間接に輸出することはできません。
（１１）東芝テックは、お客様が本契約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合、直ちに本契約を解除することができます。
（１２）本契約に関し、訴訟の必要が生じた場合には、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
