1 ★I had a one plus membership for three months and yet it's showing I don't have free deliveries even with active membership. I have been using swiggy almost regularly for years after seeing how there is no customer support over such issues .I am dropping out .hope you could have been better.
1 ★Worst service till now, either my order is late or delivery partner never comes on time. Also customer service is very rude and don't know how to communicate they will just stick on the same line like an IVR. If that is less than, some or the other items from my order would be missing. They just have a label of premium services but it's worst than Zomato to be honest! Till now I have faced very minimalistic issue with Zomato's order, but there CS team's resolution is quick and reasonable.
3 ★when things work, it's perfect. However if there is ever an issue with the delivery, do NOT count on the company being fair. they don't even bother reading the emails that are written and expect canned responses . However, I had this issue on only one occasion where the delivery arrived in a mess and they refused to give a refund for the items that had to be discarded.
1 ★Swiggy used to be my first choice for food delivery. I have even been using swiggy one membership however from last few days their services have been worse. Late delivery, order issues, delivery guy being MIA, customer support is not helping and many more. I am not going to renew until they work on the user experience.
1 ★Even if you buy swiggy one membership swiggy continuously increases platform fees. And unnecessarily you have to pay these. BOYCOTT SWIGGY. Use ONDC food on Paytm . Swiggy fools you. Also swiggy never gives solution for failed payment, additional coupons, they always pointout towards merchants. They never takes any responsibility. Worst experience ever from swiggy. Once my swiggy one expires I'll switch to Zomato and ONDC. Non of your email gives solution to customer.All email addresses are fake
1 ★I had a disappointing experience with swiggy. Despite meeting all conditions for a time-limited offer, they claimed the coupon couldn't be applied and refused to extend the offer, dismissing it as a freebie. It feels like a complete scam. I had to cancel an important order.
5 ★So so happy that this app exists, Yes there is excellent food delivery, and it may be a bit late sometimes because of traffic but other than that it's amazing. Also the instamart feature is awesome, it literally saved me! It was 12 AM and I wasn't able to get a gift in time for a program the next day but because of instamart I was able to get just what I needed in time!! Thank you swiggy for your service.
1 ★Generally i don't write reviews, but this app is getting on my nerves, you order food and it accepts the order and even comes out for delivery and just 2 min before it was about to be delivered, it shows your order is cancelled, after waiting for more than 30 min, neither does their customer support works, it's all bot with non sense, better to just use zomato instead of these clowns
1 ★I have been using Swiggy for a long time. But these days this company sucks. Literally sucks. The order proceeds, money debits and then the order gets cancelled. This has happened 5 times. I contacted their support and provided all the transaction details, screenshots and order details. But the kept asking me for proofs and then their support team went offline. How can you treat your customer this way? They never returned my money & no response later on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
1 ★Very bad experience with swiggy. I have raised the issue of missing items and swiggy has closed the ticket saying it's resolved. Haven't got any updates how it's been resolved. Just going to uninstall this app and switch to Zomato after this. DISAPPOINTED
1 ★Your restaurant does not perform well. They have started skipping the orders. Only initial orders are delivered properly and then they don't even come to the area. It shown in the map that the delivery boy is arrived at place but no one is arrived. Then I got 5he message of cancellation and I am being charged heavily. The charges are 3 times more than my order. They are not delivering the food and charging so heavily. I will stop using this service hence forth. Totally disappointed.
1 ★Previously it was good but I'm facing problems with my last 2 orders. For my last order, it didn't get delivered to me, so I contacted with swiggy customer care & told them to refund my money. But after that they told that my money has already refunded & it will reflect in my account after 2 hours. But it's almost half a day, I didn't receive my refund money. I tried to contact them again but they didn't help me properly with my refund. Such an unprofessional behaviour was unexpected from swiggy
