Am 22.04.1951 gründeten mitten in der Stadt Köln 15 Bürger die Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft „Baugelast, Baugenossenschaft der Lastenausgleichsberechtigten, e.G.m.b.H. Köln“: Ihre Aufgabe war im Raum Köln für lastenausgleichsberechtigte Interessenten – Vertriebene und Kriegssachgeschädigte – Wohnungen zu erstellen und diese ihren Mitgliedern zu überlassen.Heute ist die Baugelast eine Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft mit über 1.100 Mitgliedern, 702 Wohnungen und 307 Garagen und Einstellplätzen.
Ganz im Sinne des Genossenschaftsgedankens stellen wir unseren Mitgliedern ab sofort auch über unsere kostenlose App einen direkten Draht zur Zentrale der Baugelast Köln zur Verfügung.
Mit dieser App haben Sie Ihre Genossenschaft „immer in der Tasche“:
• Erinnert Sie an anstehende Termine - mit Handwerkern vor Ort oder an die anstehende Mitgliederversammlung etc.
