How to install Night Owl Connect APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Night Owl Connect APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

1 ★Horrible app. I bought a nightowl system because I thought they were a quality system, so their App must be good too - but I was wrong. Only connects about 75% of the time at best. The rest of the time you have to mess around with deleting the app, clearing cache, reload, resign in, and pray it worked. Even when you do log in, if you want to watch a recorded clip, good luck. Might work 10% of the time at best. A quality camera system is completely ruined by a horrible app. Stay Away.
1 ★The app worked for a while, but now all it tells me is I'm offline when im away from home. I keep logging out and back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still same issue. I have gone back to the DVR wizard for reset up and still same issue. This was the whole point of getting this service was for the app and its continually not working.
1 ★I have to agree with all the other reviews on this app. When I first bought the system and used the app, everything was great. One day, it stopped working on my phone and I haven't been able to get it to work again. I have tried all the "tricks" with no luck. So, I downloaded the app onto my computers so I could look at the cameras from my desk. The apps work but I can't get any of the recordings to play or download. The only way I can view security footage is to watch live or go to the building where the cameras and DVR are housed and watch there. I would give it a zero rating if I could.
2 ★The app worked fine for months then it started disconnecting and I would have to add device again and reset password once a month. But past few weeks it happens all the time. If I'm not connected to my home wifi network it says offline. But obviously I got it to see what's going on when I'm not home and now I can't. Fix all these issues! This system sucks
2 ★The notifications that are sent from the app cannot be seen when you tap it to see what it is notifying you. When you tap it, it takes you to the app and spins trying to load and it will not load. Please fix. Using Galaxy Android Note 10 +. Do you have an ETA on the tech refresh for any updates to be pushed? Most apps have the last update provided in their description notice. Can you provide that to let us know we are not running an older OS that is years outdated?
1 ★This app has been terrible. After much testing I realized everytime I use this app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9, it blacks out for a while. I do the agnostics to get it back but it is a pain. I bought many camera's, not long ago, for my business and will have to replace with another company. This is unacceptable.
1 ★[Forgot Password Process Broken] Rarely does one need to review a tutorial on using a Forgot Password feature... After unsuccessfully not being allowed into the app, their resources direct you to watch their tutorial for this process. According to their instructions, you have to close the app after it tells you that your password has changed... OK. Done, but guess what? It doesn't work! The forgot-password process is broken.

It doesn't let you log back in,you have to delete it and download it back so it can work properly an that doesn't work all the time. I'm so disappointed in this app 😞. DELETING SOON AND FINDING SOMETHING NEW AND BETTER!!!!!!!
3 ★Good for getting a live view of the cameras. It would be nice to have a feature to search by date and or time instead of having to scroll through a long list of motion events. Frequently have troubles downloading video clips and watching playback, especially when not on same network as NVR.
1 ★Was working fine till a few days ago. All of a sudden it just says offline when I try to see my cameras. It will connect when I'm at home but that defeats the point of the app if I can't connect when I'm away. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and no change. This app has become absolutely useless!
1 ★Been had this app..for a few years..works off and on..I am looking for something different right now, because you can't count on this working when you need it..had a person beating on my door, this thing went offline, never was able to see who the person was..if you really need security don't trust this..I'm serious..right now I'm having to reset this online...smh..
1 ★App is useless. Always "offline"... As several other people have mentioned, the DVR is hardwired to the router so there are no issues viewing video from the DVR. The app is the issue and every review on here states that. Is there a fix actually being worked on or is this just damage control for the app ratings? We have cleared cache, granted full permissions, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted phones. This app hasn't been updated since January. When will this be fixed?
