• Ankommende Anrufe auf Ihr Desktop-Systemtelefon werden automatisch auf dem OPERA Softphone signalisiert und können dort entgegengenommen werden.
Die Rufnummer des Anrufers wird im Display angezeigt (und nicht die Rufnummer des eigenen TK-Systems).
• Alle von der MDS Softphone App abgehenden Gespräche nutzen die der Nebenstelle zugeordnete Festnetz-Rufnummer des TK-Systems.
• Wählen Sie Rufnummern aus den Kontakten Ihres Smartphones oder aus dem zentralen Telefonbuch des Opera TK-Systems. Es wird dabei immer die Festnetz-Rufnummer der Firma angezeigt.
• Visuelle Echtzeit-Übersicht über den Telefoniestatus von Nebenstellen und der besetzten bzw. freien Leitungen.
• Besetztstatus der MDS Softphone App wird anderen Systemtelefon-Nutzern angezeigt.
• Anruflisten - entgangene Anrufe, angenommene Anrufe, gewählte Rufnummern.
• Verwalten und Abhören der Sprachbox (Voicemail).
• Das Opera-System kann so programmiert werden, dass alle Anrufe über IP oder über GSM geführt werden, wenn Sie unterwegs sind und über WLAN in Ihrem lokalen Netzwerk.
• Umschalten während eines Gesprächs zwischen VoIP und GSM oder andersherum, abhängig von der Signalqualität.
Die OPERA Softphone App verwendet Voice over IP (VoIP) Technologie sowohl über WLAN als auch über 3G-Netzwerke. Es kann ebenfalls eingestellt werden, Sprachverbindungen über GSM zu leiten.
