1 ★Useless. Went through the process of ordering until the app crashed, offering me the option to restart! Other patrons were also complaining they couldn't use the app. The servers ended up taking everyone's orders manually. Much frustration and wasted time all round.

3 ★A bit fussy. At one point we ended up in a different bit of the app, and it was hard to find our way back to our order. The app didn't include any soft drinks except cordial and soda; it would have been nice to order a cola.

3 ★Fed up with the app asking me to check the revamp. I follow through to update, I can't input my date of birth. I have never been able to enter my date of brith even when I Originally joined this club which is a joke because you are supposed to be rewarded. When I have tried to accept terms at the end of the revamp, it just keeps coming up with you must be eighteen, but wont update,. So still haven't managed to revamp, back to flashing at the top of the app we have revamped our app check to see if you are on our latest version🙄

1 ★App is pretty rubbish, despite using near me (and yes location is on) it has decided that my nearest Ember Inn is on Solihull some 96 miles away, not to be deterred I put in my postcode (I am actually sitting in an Ember Inn in N Surrey), but no it still tells my my nearest Ember Inn is in Solihull West Mids some 96 miles away.

2 ★Clunky and frustrating, takes 20 mins to work your way through a very backwards way of ordering, everything seems to awkward. And right at the end there's no Google pay,Apple pay or PayPal!!! I mean seriously! Makes your pubs look small fry in comparison to the weatherspoons app if I'm honest.

1 ★Awkward to navigate, and once I got to the menu, none of the options worked.

3 ★Does the main task of allowing you to order to your table, however checkout doesn't give you the option to use Google Pay, I don't want to store card details in the app or enter them each time. M&Bs should have a single app to cover all you pub/restaurant brands, I don't want to install multiple apps.

1 ★Order at table and Covid registration sections are awful.The app already knows my details yet have to type in all my details every time.. It offers a reorder before your order arrives but when you want to reorder it is back to square one. Very annoying design - do people not bother to use the Covid registration as a result?

4 ★Works as intended depending on your internet connection. I get good reception at our local and they don't seem to have any problems described in other reviews. I would recommend it over getting drinks at the bar during this time.

3 ★App actually worked well last week. Unfortunately, the loyalty wallet doesn't update and there's no direct email for customer service. Contact goes straight to the pub manager who in this case is useless!

5 ★Rewards really stack up and plenty of offers on a regular basis the only annoying thing is that you have an ale a gin and a meal you have to scan 3 codes, it would be easier if a single code workred for all the offers in your wallet but it's hardly the end of the world

1 ★really easy to download, but freezes everytime you try and use it. Then it just takes you back to the main page. Quicker to walk to the bar to order your food
