3 ★I've had no problems using the app until today 30/09/2019. I cannot sign in, it keeps saying my username or password is incorrect with an error code of SDK? Kind of annoying, a fix would be nice. Other than this, no problems at all.
1 ★Appalling. Would give no stars. Took £63 DD but no ticket. Support advised to clear app cache. This is treated by the app as a device switch. I can now not do anything for 6 months and still no ticket. Avoid this app. Would avoid the company if I could but they have a monopoly in the west mids.
2 ★Great when you don't have change 👍 But should have a option to freeze it on days you don't use it for example, If i use it to commute to work but dont need to go anywhere weekend i've lost 2 days i could have used to get to work. I would still end up purchasing anouther so they wouldn't lose anything in making this a possible feature
1 ★Overall it is a good app but one star for major flaw that it sets up recurring (like direct debit) payments without your permission that you cannot cancel, 3 months in and I still cannot get payments cancelled, I will have to ask for a new card number as I can't get my payment details removed either
1 ★It doesn't work. It thinks there are no bus stops in Birmingham. Piece of rubbish. Much like national express' overall service really. I shouldn't have expected anything different with this ap I suppose.
1 ★Awful, buy a ticket in advance and it activates it the day of purchase, had it multiple times. Also had 4 week tickets last 3 days and run out. Try to call the helpline and your stuck in a queue forever with no one answering.
1 ★Won't be using this app again. Today u purchased a ticket for £3.90 day ticket in Birmingham now the ticket is showing as used before I've even used it. I am disgusted that just because I change phones often I cannot use it on more than one device. Uninstalled
2 ★crashes often. crashes whenever turning to full screen mode from multitaskijg screen. takes ages to initialise sometimes. also, always mistakedly touch the other options ay the bottom navigation bar and it closes whatever i am doing on the main one. the other containers are virtually useless. fix it.
1 ★Completely buggy. I've spent £63 on a 4 week ticket and it's a complete gamble on whether my ticket will actually show up, meaning I'm paying for a 4 week ticket and singles for when the app decides not to load my ticket. Do not bother.
1 ★The app is a diagrace like the company running it. It states the bus is 5 minutes away and lets you wait for 15-20 minutes. It shows buses that never actually arrive at all. If you could afford a bike or walk, it's much better than this abomination.
3 ★Downloaded app to be able to buy a bus and metro pass for me and my son as we had to catch the bus first and I had no cash, but those tickets are not available so, I had to pay for a taxi to our 1st stop so I could stop at a cash point to get cash. It also doesn't let you then buy daily metro tickets, only weekly ones.
1 ★Works ok. But it's very missleading when the ticket activates WHEN YOU BUY IT, AND NO WHEN YOU ACTUALLY ACTIVATE IT!!!! I lost 1 week of my monthly bus ticket, and they refused to give me a refund !!!!!
