For this, You have to configure your 10 digit Jio Fixed Line number on the JioCall app. By choosing the Fixed Profile on your JioCall app, you are ready to make or receive calls from your Fixed Line number conveniently on your smartphone This service does not need a Jio SIM.
JioCall will continue to offer all the features that were available earlier. It brings VoLTE high-definition voice and video calling on your existing 2G, 3G, 4G smartphone. You can use JioCall with a JioSIM either in the phone or in a JioFi connected to your phone. You can now use your non-VoLTE 4G smart phone to make HD voice and video calls to any landline or mobile number anywhere in the world. You can also use these VoLTE features on your existing 2G/3G smartphones via JioFi.

2 ★This app works weirdly. When opened, it crashes to home then opens automatically back. When a call is made, screen freezes badly and error says can't initiate call BUT actually call is made and caller tune/ring tone is heard of receiver. Then when I want to drop/disconnect ongoing call, there's no option on the screen to press red button as app has stuck on the call history page! Wow!!!
1 ★The worst app. The problems are following... 1.- Whenever i try to cal any person, the app doesn't work and it lost the network itself and becomes offline. 2.- I can't send SMS to any person. Whenever i write a msg and tap to send, it doesn't work. I'm so much frustrated and irritated with this app that i'm going to port my jio sim to airtel or vodafone. I want to ratte this app with zero stars.
1 ★This app crashes alot, when I go out and come back home in wifi range, it almost never connects back online, also after long time being out of home(not in wifi range) the icon in notification tray will disappear and the app keeps on crashing. Got very annoying so I uninstalled permanently. Developers please fix the bugs and launch a stable update. Also I don't think that it's because of my phone (it's a one plus 6T) so quite enough power to handle an app like that.
1 ★Worst experience. Jio has told that while using jio fiber fixed voice no., We can login in 5 devices. When the service operate came to our home for installation, the app has worked properly after 2 days it is showing that the wifi is offline and couldn't connect. So, I tried on another device in that I isn't even logging in. Hope this issue will be resolved asap. It's been 3 months and they not even check my review worst service and worst app. It's better to port to some other network.
3 ★This app has so many problem .When i come from outside ,it will never connect for long .If deleted or restarted the phone or erased never had any action .It would work like that it is having problem ,and when connected there is loss of hearing at another side of person who is hearing.It is worst problem in jio call I would like if the problem is fixed ,otherwise i have to choose alternative of jiocall app ,Airtel is best alternative which doesnt have these problems .
1 ★I have a Volte handset bought from abroad. I can't send sms or call without this app while using jio sim in my phone. My issue is while using UPI Apps. I'm unable to use any such apps because Jiocall doesn't support automatic SMS verification. The app needs to send the SMS through Jiocall and it is unable to do it. If this issue still persists, I'll have to switch to any other operator for using UPI apps.
2 ★This app is really helpful for calling using jio fiber. But i don't like it's behaviour of being on notification all the time. I can understand it's for connection notification but the problem is when the app starts using microphone and camera without any permission. It's a privacy breach for me. I don't like this behaviour. Also i didn't wanted to give permission for microphone or camera. But it never works perfectly when i don't give permission. And fix this if it's an issue.
1 ★What is this Apps problem? It always says 'Unable to connect' when the wifi is very well connected and in use and even location is On. Still it shows unable to connect. I mean then the App is completely useless. Great work Jio; Great Work!!
1 ★The internet connection is on , but the aap shows there is problem in internet connection. I am able to use web, but I don't know what has happened with this aap, I am not able to make call. Look into the bug and fix it fast. And hire some good developers the size is of 102 MB and the functionality is poor
1 ★The biggest issue with this app is not automatically fatch OTP when we login on paytm or other application's where needed auto fill OTP and nowadays it is important for users .I am also the user of paytm but i can not be able to login it in my phone due to this problem.Please solve this biggest issue.
1 ★The app is full of bugs..You can't place a call when you are really in need of it..It never connects and suddenly cuts the call when someone calls us ..A total waste app from a reputed channel..
1 ★I would like to add couple of things after using for 2 years. 1)App keeps on crashing(always same error message in notification" sim is undetectable ") .2)B'coz of this app mobile gets heated up(dangerously heat) and battery is draining fast. Lastly their customer care service is not that good. Over all service is awful and terrible app from developer team. Nothing changed still connectivity n speed both r pathetic. We cant even merge cals over conference.Totally jio is a disatster .
