How to install Vrbo Owner APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Vrbo Owner APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

2 ★App gets worse with every update. Very frustrating to have to go to my laptop to handle things the app used to provide! Just a few examples: Can no longer rate travelers in app, or request a review. Frequent errors in app loading, esp. calendar. Now, I can't even add a Payment Request; trying to type $1,693.95, but as soon as I enter "169" the app "rounds up" to 170 and won't let me add any more digits (not to mention the full site no longer has option to add rent or tax, just lists "fees").
1 ★I host 2 units with airbnb and vrbo. the airbnb app and computer software works great, loads fast, is simple and easy to use. the vrbo app, computer software and customer service are frustrating upon nearly every usage. i love working with airbnb, i dread working with vrbo because of the way things are set up. vrbo brings 10% of our bookings so i tolerate it. function buttons are buried and hard to find, the android app loads super slow, i'm working from abroad, and airbnb app loads faster
2 ★The app is years behind Airbnb. For being part of Expedia group the app needs the bugs fixed. This has been a problem for years. I have 2-3 properties I have with VRBO. I appreciate the bookings, but the communication between guests is awful. If it wasn't for texts alerts with VRBO you wouldn't know if the guest messaged you back or messaged you completely. Always having to refresh. Tons of social engineering scams that you can't simply hit a report guests button.
1 ★This app is awful. The only reason you would want to use it on your mobile is to get to the calendar which ISN"T available on the your mobile browser (Chrome in my case). On your mobile browser, you have the full functionality of your PC or Mac, but the calendar is not supported. They are forcing you to use their app to be able to see the calendar, but once you see it, you can't do much with it. You can't edit a booking without a lot of jumping around - you can see a booking on the calendar, but it doesn't tell you anything about it. -You have to click one of the date's and it will tell you who is staying there, but not any other detail. -Now you can leave the calendar and go to the Messages tab where you can scroll down until you find the person who is staying there. - Click on Details at upper right. NOW you can edit the booking - change a check in or check out date, add a charge or refund. How about wanting to take a look at your reservation list? No. Maybe you changed the door code but forgot to add it to your Welcome information. Nope. I find it very hard to believe that someone signed off on having this published.
3 ★The app is very glitchy. Sometimes you can't get in to check your bookings or even make edits to your property. The other issue you don't always get your push notifications. I have used it on 3 separate phones brands and still had the same issues. VRBO you guys can do better than this. Please fix these glitchs! Other than the App.. the company, support and marketing are good.
3 ★Can be difficult to navigate. They should attempt to model this app after the much more user friendly Airbnb app. For myself being color blind, two of the colors on the calendar are hard to diferenciate between. Needs to be a better way that Airbnb & VRBO calendars can communicate with one another. Just some suggestions, it could be better, it could be worse.
1 ★I don't know what they did with this app it used to function perfectly. first they changed the design to this horrible design. then they make the app next to impossible to work with on your phone when you need it. it does a loop and it keeps going in circles and you can't get to the reservation area where you need to contact the people that are staying in your home. I have to go to a desktop just to function this is so unusual friendly.
5 ★wow, rentals made easy. It's nearly fully customizable; meaning that you control every aspect of the rental unless you have CRAZY standards of rental-control, and seriously if that's the case, just don't rent your house. You add pictures, set check-in and check-out, all your amenities, control when the rental is available, etc. Unless you go premium, the fees start adding up, but so far i think it's worth the cost. I have nearly every weekend that i don't plan on being at the beach rented out
1 ★The calendar does not load in the internet browser, stating this feature is only available in the app. But the app has limited calendar functions. For example: you can see a blocked date in the app, but no notes from the block. This forces me to use a desktop to see additional information. The functionality of other options is also generally poor.
1 ★This app is terrible. Calendar is impossible to manage and simple tasks such as updating photos of your property take multiple unnecessary steps and will inevitably error out forcing you to have to restart the process. Even when you get a message saying your updates are successful there is a good chance they actually weren't. You won't know until you go and cross check your listing on the VRBO website.
2 ★Clumsy and awkward to use. Loses any content when you shift to another screen, like when drafting an email, if you go check the calendar, returning to email, your draft is gone. That's just dumb, lazy, design. Changing the duration of a stay requires canceling the original, refunding any deposits and rebooking. And refunds, paid by credit card, don't process in real-time. This can cause guests credit cards to overlimit, for which the owner gets blamed. This happened to me as an owner - not fun
1 ★Terrible! As a host I can not make any changes within the app and they don't have a way for guest to upload photos which is weird because how would you do contactless check in. Unfortunately hosting on Airbnb is much easier. Considering I have to constantly reach out to VRBO not to mention a lot of spam and scams comes through VRBO. Be careful. OMG they just charged me a booking commission 😂 but would not allow me to adjustments on my own
