How to install Chromecast built-in APK on Android phone or tablet?

5 ★I have an android tv named nikai with android version 4.4.4.I am not able to cast my mobile youtube to my android tv. i have searched alot on this matter. coming to the conclusion i found we need google built in chromecast for it. Unfortunately the version of my tv do not support the chromecast app. There is no available version of chromecast on play store. i tried some version of chromecast from other sources, but they didnt work too. hence what i would like to request is to suggest/provide any other alternative for the problem. thank you
1 ★Biult in doesnt work and from what ive read the issue is the latest update. I tried uninstalling updates on the tv app and was able to add my tv to a room on the home app but it was still having issues communicating. I can use some apps like youtube and spotify due to their built in features and control my tv volume with home app but please google fix this issue with your new update. I have tried deleting data and cache of both the tv built in app and google home on my phone still didnt work. I also rebooted my internet and tv.
1 ★All working nicely until latest update. Now Google Home is unable to interact with my Sony Bravia Android TV. Uninstalling updates to Chromecast Builtin App doesn't fix the issue. Judging by all comments here and on Sony support forums the problems seems to be server side at Google
1 ★I’m using built-in Chromecast on my Nvidia shield TV 2019. Barely any videos work correctly in full screen optimization. I have a second generation Chromecast and the same videos work perfectly in full screen optimization. It’s clearly an issue with the built-in Chromecast app. Would not recommend the built-in Chromecast.
1 ★Terrible. I’ve had to use third party apps in order to watch anything. It’s frustrating to know that I have $90 a Roku tv with the built in chromecast and it connected fine the first time but my $900 Sony Bravia tv won’t even show up on my google home as a device to cast to.

Tried to link my android tv with the google home app on my Oneplus 5, was successfully able to add the tv to the family room but whenever I try to change the settings like device name or cast control it says "could not communicate with your android tv". But was successfully able to link my Chromecast 2nd gen connected to old tv with the google home app. Unable to link my tv with google home mini. 2.
