5 ★Currently am getting medical advice for my sister at ur Lucknow Apollo hospital and happily to say yes fully satisfied with the protocol of the treatment and best cooperation of the medical staff .

1 ★Do you know the other name of scam it is Apollo.... I booked a covaxin during a vaccination drive and didn't take the vaccine on the particular day... I have been asking for a refund reaching their helpline number and emailing them no response... A saying which goes like "Thirupathi undiyal la pona thirumbi varathu"... So annoyed by the fact that such a poor customer service..

1 ★Worst experience so far. I scheduled an appointment and still there is no response from the doctor. Tried calling the customer care also had a chat with the customer service. But of no help. They weren't able to resolve the issue. I think it's a wate of time and money. Unhappy with the service. Thank you.
1 ★DO NOT USE. ITS A FRAUD Such a big fee for video appointment, still video and voice were so blur that nothing was clear. The dr didn't even look/talk to patient. I paid such a big amount to hear from that fraud dr, "read your comment added at time of booking, I will send prescription " and disconnected, WHICH I HAVEN'T RECEIVED YET. The google gave more answers then her. This should be a crime of conning people when all are dying, helpless and putting their hopes in these fraud dr for advice.
