1 ★Worst app. Always late in delivering medicines. Please do not use this app even by mistake. Never got any proper from their team for the delay in delivery. Only once I contacted them, they let me know there will be a week delay and team did not even sound apologetic.
1 ★Order was never delivered but it is appearing as delivered ... This happens almost everytime with me and there is no proper support also provided. While ordering the product , they claim 24 hours delivery but in reality, a week also is less for them. I hate this poor service from such a big brand.
1 ★I placed an order, paid the amount. Then they are not allowing to cancel it. Please show some respect to customers. The delivery executive is telling all sorts of things. This is NOT expected. I tried canceling many times.
2 ★Very good app & excellent service. Most of the medicines are delivered super fast within 1-2 hours. Circle membership 5% health credits is nice but free delivery only on orders above 150 which is not mentioned when taking the circle memebership. 3 stars deducted as apollo voucher cannot be used on app from past 2 weeks & cannot use health credits with coupons which is not mentioned when taking the membership. Promo health credits are credited correctly but validity is only 1 month.
1 ★Removed the "Redeem Voucher" option from the app and even the customer care have no clue why is it removed and when will it come back. I have a voucher of ₹2500 which I cannot use anymore. When I added my items to wishlist, all the discount were removed in a day and all the products were sold on MRP. And there are several other glitches- Doesn't work outside India even if you are trying to order medicine in India for your family. If you mess up even a little, the app will hang forever.
1 ★Be very careful. They send wrong products and then claim the product is not returnable. TATA 1mg is a much much better app in all respects. Worse, there is no option to delete your account on the app either- if it is there is it hidden among all the elaborate options. Never every using this app again, and recommend you do not either.
1 ★I have never seen this kind of cheap service. They promised 2-4 hrs delivery but it's been almost 2 months since i made my order& it's not been delivered yet... I had already bought apollo circle membership but i haven't got any benefit with that. i have saved with it because apollo is not delivering any of my order. So just a wate of money...Yesterday i made another order but after 24 hrs, no update.. i call their customer support but they are just repeating the same process again and again....
2 ★Used to order my father's Parkinson's medications form Apollo all the time. Now they have suddenly decided to get stringent with their prescription validity policies. The prescription I used to upload has expired by a few months and I try to explain to the customer care that my father is unable to go to the hospital to get a more recent one and that's unacceptable. Just shows human element in their verification is pointless and underqualified too. 2 stars is for prior experience.
2 ★Many times medicines are of very short life period and of different types . worse with no return policy. Unethical , against consumer interest. It would be acceptable only if the bill is shown in advance and the option to cancel the order be extended futher and all the items can be returned unconditionally. You have to review your return policy first to avoid the consumer to feel cheated. In the previous orders you supplied wrong medicine and didn't accepted return. Financial loss to me by you.
1 ★This is worst app that I have ever use. Please do not believe their 2 hours delivery. I have order I get wrong item with someone else name I refused to take and return then there app showing delivered. They have no customer support on app to call them. Till now I didn't get my order and refund and I received mail that my complaint ticket closed. I will never order from this app in the future.
1 ★Unable to get help via app. After entering complain details I am unable to submit it. It says upload image but no option to upload. Your toll-free numbers are always busy and no option to wait in queue. Pathetic!
1 ★It is totally fraud don't install this app they will send you wrong medicine. delivery guy would suggest you to take the order and raise the request for refund but app would never accept your refund request. How pathetic it is they deliver medicine always one day late like they take 48 hours to deliver but claims they would deliver in 2 hours all fraud and cheapsters.
