5 ★This app is so helpful!!! I was able to get connected with a wonderful medical provider in less than 5 minutes from the comfort of my own home without having to go to a physical location where I could possibly be exposed to more things. I am so impressed with my experience! The intake paperwork was easy and quick to fill out too. My provider was very knowledgeable, friendly, and my appointment was efficient. I will definitely recommend this app!!
5 ★All functions I used first day worked well and I had no issues! Hopefully that continues. Only slight qualm is the waiting time stayed on "<5 min" for more than 5 minutes, but I recognize that may be from factors out of the app's control. If the timer could be tweaked to be more accurate, that would be nice. It changed to "5-10 min" at some point, so maybe it is working as intended I don't know.
1 ★Just to be clear, the doctor I have through this app is AMAZING and overall the app is easy to use and very convenient. The one star is for the lack of technical support. There was one occasion where the screen froze and the video call was dropped mid-appointment. Neither I nor the doctor was able to re-instate it and calling tech support was useless (other than getting a refund on my office visit fee) because THEY DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY TO RECONNECT AN APPT! What is tech support for???
1 ★With the most recent app update (Mar. 12, 2021) appointments no longer actually open. I login in and the screen says "your appointment starts in 0 minutes" and usually at this point a pop-up would occur to take me to the appointment and that pop-up is no longer occuring. with that I've been billed for each "missed appointment" regardless of the fact that I was in the app & on time. it's happened twice this week. tech support reversed the fees but at this point the app is useless.
1 ★Terrible. The uselessness of the app is only paralleled by their lack of customer service. I spent over two hours trying to see a provider. First with a scheduled appointment and then in the queue. Wait time estimates only keep you hanging on and don't seem to reflect anything else at all. My provider didn't show for either appointment. They blamed my connection which is flat wrong. Their phone connections for the 3 customer service calls I placed were all bad connections, garbled or echoing.
5 ★Great app, it was actually recommended by my Insurance company to fill a momentary coverage gap. I was just looking for script renewals, but very helpful none the less. I would imagine it could be very good even for people needing instrumentation based testing/evaluation with all the modern connected blood pressure/pulse and even echocardiogram equipment out there meant to work with a patient's phones. Next they'll have us putting our phones to our chests so they can listen to our hearts!
1 ★First attempt is not a good first impression. I logged in early as recommended. I gave the app the proper permissions. Unfortunately, it crashed before my session began. The provider was kind enough to notify technical support and I was refunded; however, it was only a few minutes after the start time. I really needed this session. I would have preferred an opportunity to retry even if losing a few minutes, but I was only told to reschedule. The soonest appointment was over 48 hours.
5 ★Was never one for therapy or any kind of doctor for that matter. This app has really good therapists and when you're sick, need some medicine or just have an issue going on. They're quick to see you. Their staff is very polite and very experienced. For anyone on the verge, give it a go. Not every single doctor is a good fit but this app allows you to browse and choose who you want to see and gives back ground of the doctors.
5 ★Nowadays, it hard to get the care you need due to appointments not being readily available at local offices. This app makes prioritizing your health so much more convenient. I'm autoimmune, so going to the doctor's office is scary and this app makes it more accessible for me without the risk of getting more sick. Also it gives you quick access to mental health doctors, which is huge for those anywhere from needing therapy to renewing a previous medication. This app has made my life much easier!
1 ★Patients being able to reliably schedule appointments is a very important part of telemedicine. I have experienced many issues with scheduling on this app for Android, on the website version, and also the app on iOS. There is an inconsistency between each platform, they each show providers have different availability and some of the platforms won't allow you to book with certain providers. I have emailed and called support and they give me the run around. I will change my review when it's fixed.
1 ★The app is trash. Unable to sign out of whatever phantom "account" is loaded when I open the app. All information is blank and I continue getting "user not authenticated" message. DUH, because I'm not actually able to sign in under my own account. Only able to use services on a computer which drastically reduces convenience. Especially since I have an appointment scheduled for a time when I won't be near a PC. My mistake for thinking the app would work.
5 ★The doctors take forever to pick up. That's beyond the control of the app. But once they do answer, the call quality is great. The app is easy to use and update, which is good because the doctors get disconnected sometimes. (I honestly think they hang up intentionally so that they can finish up the paperwork from the previous call.) But the app is great.. It serves the purpose.
