5 ★LOVE! I have always been able to quickly be seen at 1/3 the cost of going in to my doctor. I have used it numerous times, including when out of town. This is a no brainer for simple issues like sinus infections and UTI's. Both issues I deal with on a recurring basis.

1 ★wait over 30 minutes tell me the doctors ready only to get a black screen when they connect with no audio so I can't have my visit. I try to the before doctor assessment only to have it repeat the same question over and over without advancing. the I am told when I get an appointment they need to record it with ai. so I ask to turn it off they say they can't. also got to the point where it was my turn and wait for the doctor to review my records to sit at that screen for over 30 no doctor

1 ★this is my 3rd time that I family member needed to speak with a Dr and their systems had issues with a profile. first time I waiting 30+ days for someone from support to call me back then finally someone in customer service fixed it. ( that was with me calling over and over) now system issue with processing insurance information on app and on their side. they can't even add policy on their side. 12 hours called over and over but no one calls back. been using this for 10yrs but last year Dev Ops
