1 ★If I could leave zero star I would. The interface is buggy, difficult to use for both providers and patients alike. You can't make contact with your primary care provider. You have to go through the "support" team who takes a century to respond if they even respond, and most of the time it's not even the answer to the questions you ask. You can't upload any documents without connecting the"support" team. I'm sorry to anyone who has the misfortune of using this app.
3 ★Causes more stress too login to the actually app, kept constantly booting me out and I missed my therapy appointment just for them to cancel it and charge. Absolutely done with Therapy.
