因為各界的努力，零安樂死終於開始推動了，
卻因為棄養數、領養數沒有改善，
收容所狗狗的健康沒獲得妥善的照顧，
還是難逃生病死亡的命運……
所以我們把「領養不棄養」的觀念置入到《專心愛狗》中，
希望可以喚起更多人對流浪狗議題的關注！
