推荐的健身计划：
第一阶段（第1天~第30天）：每天步行30分钟，可以一次完成也可以一次10分钟或者多于10分钟。
第二阶段（第31天~第60天）：在第一阶段运动量的基础上，增加7~10分钟的力量练习，锻炼基础肌肉，每隔1天1次。
第三阶段（第61天~第90天）：在第一和第二阶段的基础上，增加8~10分钟的力量练习，锻炼非基础肌肉，每隔1天1次。
第四阶段（第91天起）：在前三个阶段的基础上，再增加21分钟的耐力训练（或者称之为有氧健身运动），一个星期3次。
