1 ★unfortunately the app never gave good directions to anything. Yes, my location was on, but the directions were always backwards or incorrect. Nice design, but needs improvement. sorry, just hope the app gets some work with gps or something. LOVE the park though

5 ★this app was great me and my family come here once a yr every yr for 6 yrs now and this week was the first time i used the app from when it first came out and i used it to find our truck. all the options on this app are so helpfull and spot on from the wait time to the gps navigation to the rides and all the add ons you can do just great Hershey is slowly and steadly becoming the DisneyLand of Pa. and i cant wait for the opening of Chocolate Town 5 stars all the way

3 ★this app has potential! but the estimated ride wait times are not accurate at all and they are only for the main rides. decent map though and ride list and being able to filter out the rides by height is nice.

5 ★works well for estimating wait times, but I would add about 15 minutes. so if it says 5minute wait time, it's really about 20 minutes. but didn't need fast pass just skipped to shorter line and came back to long line later.

1 ★Terrible. Got to park. Installed app. App wouldn't open. Went to 3 different customer service locations. No one was able to fix it. I wanted the app because the paper map is hard to follow.

4 ★pretty decent app. only complaint is the signal seem pretty weak. When looking up ride wait times or doing the hpgo stuff it buffs all the time then says no internet connection even when your on their wifi.

4 ★the map is not the best it is very confusing when giving directions. it took us in the wrong direction 2 times we gave up using it. other then that the app worked good

2 ★It's basically the worst app ever. You can't tell cardinal directions and the wait times are not accurate. Also, you can't even tell where you are in relation to other things on the map because it keeps pointing you in different directions.

5 ★Never been to Hersheypark Pennsylvania but recently visited different towns in Pennsylvania and loved it. Me and my husband want to bring our kids to Hersheypark for the theme park and chocolate world. Mostly the chocolate world though lol. Downloaded this app for info about it and prices etc. Great app

2 ★I found the app very unhelpful for navigation but helpful in describing the different rides and places. The rides needed more explanation that the map could provide. But the map was easier for navigation.

4 ★very very helpful. could have pics of food in the future. And walking gps could use some work. But thanks for the app. Its nice.

3 ★decent...need a better way of gauging line wait times aside from having to call each individual ride for an update. if u cant provide real time or close to real time...it shouldnt be a feature.
