5 ★I used this on a recent trip during spring break. This app allowed me to skip lines in real time. It was on par and amazing at predicting where crowds were and supplied tips on how to avoid them. This is a MUST if you are attending Universal Studios. I also strongly recommend their book which has TONS of useful information on this topic. Also subscribe to them to get optimum use. It is only $6 a year and totally worth the hours of wait time it will save you.
5 ★I am an obsessive vacation planner. This app, especially when used in conjunction with the Touring Plans website, has been invaluable for me. From being able to track attraction wait times, to updating my own touring plans, to getting restaurant menus and prices, I have used it constantly. I am also a huge fan of the chat option, where you can connect with others who can answer your questions and offer advice to help you have the smoothest vacation possible. I highly recommend this app!
3 ★Don't complain about the subscription. The touring plans are brilliant, save you tons of time waiting on line, and are worth the money. This app, however, is buggy, clumsy to use, and seems unfinished. It's much easier to customize the touring plans on the website with a browser, because the site has more and better tools and information. After doing that, you can use the app to run your day at the park, but downloading a text file of the touring plan(s) to your phone would accomplish almost the same thing.
5 ★Have a question for the developers. I would like to upgrade to the full version but I have put my credit card information in a few times and though I know it is accurate the app rejects it. It's possible there is an older version of my card on file, same number, different dates and security code, but I don't know how to continue. Have used the Disney App in the past and love it. Would love to have access to more information on this one. Thank you!
2 ★I honestly was confused by this app before we even left on our trip andonce we got to the park we decided not to use it. The entire Harry Potterworld and train was down at IOA and I could not figure out how to modifythe plan. It was just not user friendly. Save yourself the money and buyonly the unofficial guide instead. I learned more from that than this appcould have ever done for me.
3 ★Good app for posted and real wait times for standby, BUT the single rider line wait times are way off. For example, I went to ride Gringotts at 1:46 pm. The posted single line wait time was 12 min, standby 60. Got to the ride from single rider line at 2:21. Actual time 35 min. I tried to 'time the wait' but this only calculates wait time for standby, no way to post about single rider. For those looking to minimize wait times it was very inconvenient.
