As you prepare for your vacation, download the ultimate cruise app! Available on all Carnival ships.Use the Carnival HUB app to share your cruise countdown with friends, then explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more (restricted for adults). When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.
As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.

4 ★Good application. Very informative and helpful. I would like to see improvements occur on the schedule builder. Users should have the ability to add their dining options to their regular daily agenda. Also, carnival should make it possible for users to remit payment to their accounts via the carnival app. The app seems to be a little outdated as well. Overall, the app was pretty good and very helpful during our cruise.
4 ★Great app, but only gave it 4 stars because there is some room for improvement. on occasion the app stopped, but, all in all, it is very good. Now updating app, and I hope it works just as well, or better. I have done 3 cruises with carnival and had a great time every time! All of the staff on board are great! They all had cheerful attitudes and gave great service!
4 ★It was useful. But didnt work with somethings and could be updated. Like maybe for photo selection and purchases; as well as claim stuff. Also, they said we could order room service but that feature didnt work. It is good for keep up with the activities, your balance will be real time and buying WiFi. The chat didnt work well for me. But I think that was my fault.
5 ★Great app to see what's happening around the shop, look at your photo's, and text chat with others on the boat. Several passengers had issues with the chat feature the first few days of the cruise, including our group, but they worked on it and all was good after that. The ships staff even credited us b the co the $5 for those that were affected. Carnival's customer service and hospitality is the best!
4 ★The app is good to communicate with family and friends. The only thing that I believe needs upgrading, is explaining that the ships wifi disconnects when docked and does not automatically reconnect when reentering the ship. If some remain with the ship and others have departed, there's a long delay in receiving the messages. With this said, we were big time lost. If not for being able to connect to the phone's text messaging services our family would have been separated when on shore.
4 ★for the most part the app was amazing. it kept up with everything you could do, excursions, where to eat and sometimes included the menu. what it was missing was the option to sign up for things on the ship such as a tour of the kitchen which I learned about the last day so I was unable to do, tours of the brewery etc. it would have also been nice for updated debarkation on the app instead of watching the TV station. if I could view the live sailing map on here I would have liked that as well.
5 ★Super helpful! I love not having to carry around a paper itenterary because everything i need to know is in the app: where I can eat, what activities are going on and where they are. What i loved most was the ability to check your account summary in app instead of going to guest services, and the ship maps! i never got lost. You can even set reminders for the things you want
4 ★The app itself, I would give a 5. It has your daily itinerary at a glance. It lets you know when your chosen favorite activities are beinging soon. You can plan your entire day early. The ability to text the Family is awesome. The only problem is the ships internet works sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't. The app is only as good as the internet. Overall, it helped me out more times, than not.
5 ★This app was a great help on the cruise!!!! We were able to see the full schedule and make our own itinerary. For a very small fee we were even able to communicate with each other through messages. I also loved the weather feature and the notifications keeping me on time for all my chosen activities. This app will be your best friend during the cruise!!!!
5 ★This app was a great tool during our cruise. We were able to view events, activities, and eateries. The app also sent reminders about events you were interested in. You could view the map of the ship. Also, some of the dining rooms included their menu which was a big help. My husband's only complaint is that they did not list a drink menu. Other than that, we loved using it.
4 ★Very good app. Loved how I could keep up on some of the activies on the ship. They didn't have the whole schedule on there. But was good for what I needed. In addition to the schedule they had the places that was available to eat and a description of what they was having and menus for the dinning halls. Furthermore if you got lost then you could just pull up a map of the ship. There is more good things I could say about the app but going to end there. One thing that I would like to see added to the app would be a map of course. That way you wouldn't have to keep going all the way to the one place to look for that when ever you was wanting how close you was to the destinations. Enjoy your curise.
3 ★The app was helpful with keeping up with what's going on and deck plans. The wifi used for this app was spotty at best. I don't know if you purchased a wifi package if it would be any better. I couldn't use the app in my room because of this, I had to go to a higher deck. I think the chat was a waste of $5 (per person). Again due to the spotty wifi it wouldn't work. And lastly half way through the week when I would click on "food and drink" the app would just close it's self.
