3 ★This app is helpful for finding your way around and it's useful for having a family's season passes in one place, but since the first day I added it, the photos for each pass can't be seen and only one name is showing up.
2 ★map is good. app will not allow me to sign in which is the only way to see wait times when youre in the park. i registered online through chrome and tried to login again through the app but still constantly get timeout errors. please fix this cause the app is basically useless since we know the park alout by heart. other than storing our season passes, i wouldnt use this junk app
1 ★This is a garbage app. Users are required to provide personal information to access attraction wait times, and the wait times they receive in exchange for that information are fictional. They certainly aren't updated in real time. People pay a great deal of money to use this park. Knott's Berry Farm can afford to provide them with accurate information, but simply can't be bothered. The good news is, there's lots of time to type reviews when your "5 minute wait' is actually an hour and a half.
3 ★App works okay. The wait times are buggy in the sense that they don't always show up when you tap on the circle or the bottom bar for the ride. My only complaint so far. Will edit if fixed. Running Pixel XL on stock Android 10.
5 ★I love this app! It helps me know where to go, it's like a wallet and holds my passes and cards. Very convinent! It has a navigation system and which way to walk and ride wait times. Recommended for your trip to Knotts Berry Farm!
1 ★Unreliable. The wait times are in NO WAY accurate. The dining options on the map do not give any info about the menus or prices. And there is no easy way to see both wait times and ride locations. But, I'm soooo thankful that they have advertisements and action buttons for buying a fast pass every two screens 🙃🙃🙃.
1 ★Well let's start with the fact that when it updates it deleted my tickets. So I had to pay 87 more dollars to buy another ticket for my husband cause my father in law bought us the ticket on my app but I did not have his email info to reload it. I was hot cause it updated after we left from AZ to drive the 4 hour ride to Cali. They lady told me it happens all the time with the app. And it's not their problem and won't refund they should have a way to look that stuff up do not use app for tickets
1 ★Ride wait times and closures are never updated. The only thing this is good for is the map, which is close, but not entirely accurate, and storing your season pass. don't waste your battery, get a paper map.
2 ★This version of the app is not user-friendly. While at the park it asked me to login for current wait times, even though I was logged in, yet each time I do it says null parameters are nullified among other errors.
1 ★terrible app. very clunky, hard to use, and wait times are very inaccurate. wait times poorly updated and not even close to accurate or live. knotts doesnt list ride times at the ride because they want you to use the app, but also don't update the app. most of the smaller rides don't even list a time. pretty much a useless app. get a paper park map, it's more useful.
1 ★This app sucks!!! Not accurate.... I've been waiting in line 4 Ghost Rider for the last 25 minutes and all this app shows is a zero wait time. In fact, it's showing zero wait time for every single attraction in the park right now and the park is crowded.
3 ★It's really only good for interactive map. Wait times are bogus. It says they were always "just updated" but definitely not. Literally in a line right now that the app is saying 35 min- it's already been 40 mon and we're not even halfway through.
