2 ★Often doesn't work; often freezes; easier to gonto the website than use this piece of junk. I give it one extra star for the information (like ride wait times) that it THEORETICALLY has.

1 ★Ever since the app was updated to a new app the pictures for two of the passes disappeared. The only one that has a photo is the one I added after the app was updated. Also the new app won't show me any showtimes or let me buy anything through the app. Also the map still shows me things from October that were in the park and it's now February. The app only holds my passes to be scanned at the park and shows me an outdated map. It's almost useless now.

1 ★App needs work. Unable to add newly purchased Season Passes, and the hours of operation are not up to date. It's showing the park as "closed" on a Saturday even though the website def shows it open. Used to be a decent app like 3 yrs ago, but very buggy now and needs work.

2 ★I wish that the mobile ordering had more than one option or they'd take it off completely along with wait times aren't available and the map is messy. I just wish it was easier to navigate like disney and universal.

5 ★Very helpful for wait times on rides and show times.

3 ★This app has been stuck at around Halloween time. All items in the app are errors out. No new update. I'm wondering if I need to uninstall and reinstall again.

1 ★The app is ok for providing show times but some shows listed never happened. Shows are listed alphabetically or by distance but not by time. it does not have accurate wait times for the rides nor does it list all rides. The search engine does not recognize the phrase, "Knott's Merry Farm". Users cannot look up seasonal food; one has to go to the website for that. No restaurant menus listed. Seems that the app is primarily designed to sell tickets, passes, add-ons and upgrades. Not a helpful app.
