What's new in version 3.1.2

This release upgrades the framework the application is based on to the latest version, fixing a bug that prevented templates to be modified on the latest version of iOS, as well as providing better over all performance, stability and reliability.

Features:
- Added “Unsaved Changes” dialog box to Appointment Form to prompt users to save their changes before navigating away.

Bugs:
- Fixed issue where templates could not be modified on latest version of iOS after at least one element was changed.

1 ★Paid on boarding was a waste of money. I had to figure the CRM out on my own because their YouTube videos aren't much help. The app works well once you figure it out. This month, they took $555.00 from my bank account for no reason. They blamed it on a computer glitch. Update. On 9-15-2024 I requested cancelation. On 10-4-2024, they've stolen my money & didn't cancel my subscription. I would avoid these people at all costs if you value your money. On 11-4-2024 they continue to steal from me!

1 ★Does anyone like it ?

1 ★BAIT AND SWITCH. Everything they tell you in sales sounds great only they FAIL to tell you the majority of features they sell you on are 'in beta' - therefore don't work. I've lost a TON OF MONEY using this company. BEWARE. IF you do decide to move forward? Don't let them guide the 1st weeks of training because they will train on only the features that work (mostly sales). Almost everything involving construction site or 'back end' ex: pictures, gps tracking, clock in /out - IS HORRIBLE!

1 ★CRM system is decent. Customer service is Terrible! If you need to change your plan from more users to less, they won’t let you go down very much even though you don’t need that much. It takes 45 days to cancel so they make you pay for two months extra for users, you don’t even use!

1 ★Constant issues. The same issue ongoing for a year now. Everytime i follow up with them its starting from scratch. When it works it works, when it doesnt, youre on your own.

4 ★Great app overall, however I've noticed it sometimes leaves a burn-in on my phone's home screen (Pixel 6) after closing the app. Seems to happen more when I swipe from the bottom to close out of the app.

1 ★App is way over done ! Very time consuming to navigate. Not user friendly. Adds alot of unnecessary time. I didn't think it was possible to make this app worse but job progress succeeded with there 3.0 version. All they did was move things around to make it even more difficult to find and operate the interface now with more bugs. Read the negative reviews. They are consistent. I wish my employer would change to a better software.

3 ★Since the program has been launched, I can't split the screen on my phone, and it has made my job 10xs harder.the look of it is new but not impressed.

5 ★Edit: as of 2/22/24 the update has significantly reduced its usability. Cant even see photos on the jobs main page. Not sure why it needed to change. Pretty Solid. It does everything I personally need it to do. Keeps track of customer details with individual per job information with an incorporated schedule. All my photos, invoices etc. All in one place. Its also the most reasonably priced CRM I could find. Within a week or so I had a solid grasp of the program. Only flaw is reliance on cloud.
