1 ★Kept getting a popup literally every two seconds to see an add. Couldn't even read my results. Thought if I hit yes it would stop but no add showed up and it still did it. Made my anxiety worse. Going to uninstall. Sadly it had promise if this bug didn't happen.

4 ★so this may not be the slickest app on the store but it certainly is useful..the technique it presents has definite results in altering your perspective on whatever you are anxious or upset about. I have used this app many times and have found it useful in reversing my negative mood.

For a long while i was self will driven excuses obstacles to overcome alone; self-will run riot.
