5 ★Helpful app for reducing compulsions and obsessions.
2 ★It was cute the first few days. It's nice to think of some positive thoughts here and there. I would NOT use this in place of actual therapy for ocd; ERP is significantly more effective. It really doesn't taylor the content all that much either, and It gets repetitive quickly. BEWARE: they say they will send a reminder email before your free trial ends...that is a lie. I've seen others comment with the same issue. I had to request a refund through google. Quite the hassle for an expensive app.

1 ★I downloaded this app a few days ago and it was working well at first but now it won't even open when I click on it. I'm taken to a screen saying "Feelings pass, change transform. GGtude copyright 2024" with a rotating buffering circle but then the app just closes. I'm very concerned since I signed up for a free trial and will be charged if I don't cancel it within a certain amount of time. I would like help figuring out how to cancel my subscription before I get charged since it's not working.

Just as well I didn't as turned out to be a load of overwhelming issues which unless we were not breathing most people who don't have OCD most definitely have life problems. Ocd therapy. No. Really really quite disgusted at this shady pitch of a 1 off payment of 60 odd quid....bad call
