1 ★Why does the Apple version of this app have a much better design and functionality, while the Android version feels basic and lacks key features? This disparity is frustrating. Are you working on improving the Android app? We'd appreciate an update!

1 ★This app hardly works on samsung. Sometimes it won't let me swipe. I have to click multiple times to open a door and it crashes non stop when trying to use it. I literally need it to get into my home and sometimes I simply am stuck outside. The IOS app is fine as I used to use it. I could scroll through an alphabetical list choose my door and hold to enter I don't see why android is any different. Also why isn't there a delay open feature or hold door feature to hold the door when hands are full

1 ★The app is a joke. I have to change the temp 3 to 4 time before it actually changes.

1 ★Years later and the app still can't lock or unlock my front door reliably. Tonight I tried 50 times before I walked across the house in my boxers swearing every step of the way before locking it manually.

1 ★The connection issues are almost constant. The support is non-existent. The app almost never works. When it works, it's a surprise.

1 ★Their app is as bad as their service. At least they're consistent. There are multiple "contact support" and "get help" options that they e conveniently disabled... The only way to actually contact them is to look them up online and call that number... Which takes you to a call center with people that have no actual ability to do anything at all to help, and they forward you to a link to schedule a remote call with someone that ideally can help, and those appointments are booked 3 weeks out.

4 ★So far it works well on my phone, but I hope that it has the feature of turning off the AC at a scheduled time, so you won't be waking up freezing at night.

1 ★It doesn't even work 98% of the time. It's a POS app. Why are there no updates to fix the issues?? Do something about your app because it SUCKS!

1 ★Horrible! I moved here in June & they had Dwelo which I had never heard of, but was happy to try it out. It hasn't worked since the day I moved in. It's the worst most basic app ever, you can't set times up when to change the Temps it's pointless, there is no where to connect to the lights, so I was just going to use the door lock, but I've never been able to get it to work! So I just gave up on it. But it sucks that we have to pay management a monthly fee for something that doesn't even work.
