1 ★This app literally charge you 30 euros pm. just for Schufa + salalry proof if you take a 3 month (renewing) package. When i cancelled within a week , they said well we still charge you for 3 months because you did not said "cancel" to us via email or "any other way", well what can be the best method to say "cancel" via cancelling directly from your app. Outright wrong, non ethical, 2nd month they deducted 29.99 euro but the facilities are off. Just use the local Amtsblatt or any other app.
4 ★I actually love this app it's so good i mean you can put all the options you want i have my grandpa on wheelchair 🦽 so we couldn't find an apartment on ground floor or with elevator since i hve downloaded this i found so many apartments with elevator the only thing I don't like about this app is for contacting owner of the house takes so much time bcz of the form but love it i hope this was helpful and it helped you (also couldn't find any app like this on Playstore YET) byeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!💗✨
2 ★I was under the impression that after the 3-month deal, my contract would be cancelled. However, very conveniently, after the set period, they renew automatically until you manually cancel it. Finding out where and how to cancel is a hassle (can't do it from the app and everything is in German). The 30e/month fee is also incredibly steep. I understand that it is their business model, I should have read the (German) fine-print, etc., but that is scummy behaviour towards your customers.
1 ★I need to log in every time I want to use the app which is very annoying. I can not use the app on multiple devices.
3 ★Thought it was a nice app, as it looks nice and has many ads, but after using it for couple of days and texting 100s of people, none of them replied. Not even Yes or No as an answer. Very dissapointed!
1 ★Predatory app designed to drive premium subscriptions. Without paying the app is useless and you'll never be able to effectively contact anyone.
4 ★Very useful to look for flats. Althoug to contact most of the providers you need to have a plus account paying it monthly. Beside this its easy to use
2 ★I like this app. It does its job, but there are just too many problems sonetimes. There are times in which I cant open the app at all, then there are times the app opens but doesnt show any search results. Sometimes when I click on an notification the app needs about five seconds to open. But when the app works it does a great job, but it is just not reliable enough.
2 ★Push notifications are a mess: sometimes they arrive hours after a listing is posted (I know as I mostly use the desktop version). Impossible to smoothly switch between the various saved searches - bad UX. Listing entries are cached for too long for the native apps (we see text on the desktop website, nothing in the app, even after clearing cache and force stopping). Let the money come - as they practically have a monopoly on the rental market - no need for improvements.
2 ★The app works well, but I bought a credit check from them, and as soon as they got my banking information, they automatically signed me up for a premium account! When I took the money back because I had never (knowingly) authorized this, they sent creditors after me. Apparently there were automated emails, but Outlook marked them as spam, so I again had no clue. They told me not to pay anything, but now there are lawyers coming after me. What a scam! Don't ever give them your bank info!!
1 ★Don't really get why the App is so big, the search function is a shitshow. For price it doesn't let you filter total price, which is already a big issue. Outside of that, it lacks basic filter options such as date of availability, or garage, because they consider garage and private parking as the same - which it very obviously is not. Usually its because you need a garage that you look for one, not a private open parking. Scams and out-of-date entries are obviously also all over the place.
3 ★The app needs a lot of improvements in the rent section, starting with adding more filters for options like if heating is included in the total rent, also adding a search feature in the messaging section and the blue notification circle is not the best in terms of user experience plus I can't easily differentiate between the opened messages and new messages in the dark mode! In addition the way, one can obtain a schufa online is not clear where one can find the code for premium users!!
