How to install TownSq APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download TownSq APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (br.socialcondo.app-v9.5.0-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

2 ★Terrible app which is near impossible to search or sort on info to find things you submitted. And just generally a bad app.

5 ★Easy to keep up with what's going on in my neighborhood and get all the important information.
1 ★Prevents homeowners from making payments. Very annoying when that's the only use of the app and that's doesn't work. Throw it away !!!
1 ★This complex needs a lot of repairs and requests has been sent, but nothing has been done. The only thing they do in a timely manner is collect your monthly maintenance.
1 ★Terrible app, nothing works, messages aren't saved, complicated to use, NOT User friendly. Hate everything about this app
1 ★Very buggy. You can make a monthly HOA payment through the app, but that's it. None of the community features our HOA board was shown when we signed up with a new property management company work. It's really problematic because we rely on it for all communications. Scrolling through all the recent comments here, it looks like this app needs major updates.
1 ★The format for board members is not user friendly and the app doesn't do notifications to let you know there is a task. Most apps will display a little number on the corner of the app tile or pop up in the top on the notification bar. You have to remember to go look for items and it's not super easy to navigate.
2 ★I have to use this to pay my HOA, mortgage and electricity bill. Only allows me to set one automatic payment but have 3 bills. Doesn't alert or have options to set reminder. Occasionally I miss the other two payments and would helpful to just set two more autopays
2 ★Dark mode in app is useless. Test is not modified to make viewing possible. So black text remains black even with a black background. Viewing posts and their photos takes forever, and i have a recent pixel phone so it's not like it's old phone running poorly. Phots can't just be viewed in the app for detail, it must be downloaded to view images. It feels like an app written for iOS and just translated for Android with little other effort.
3 ★Cannot open files posted to this app from the phone or the app routinely closes when clicking to open a file on community announcements. Cannot "open in app" from an email opened on my phone. This issues mean the app useful about half the time. The other half it must be accessed from the laptop. Cannot access the resident directory from the phone at all.
1 ★Even more lame than being part of an HOA is feeding a blood sucking horrible app like this $5 every month as well for fees. If I could give this app a negative 5 I would and never buy a house with an HOA is my advice.
