1 ★No way to delete save test data. Treatment plan doesn't show up. Pictures don't show up.
1 ★First off, it's not a water testing app. It has no functionality other than to give you a phone number to text a pic of your test strip to, which makes it useless. You should be able to get the number and instructions to text right from the website. Why develop an "app" for it? Secondly, I texted the number with the pic, following the exact instructions and NEVER heard back. No response at all. Waste of time!
1 ★Lousy app. Doesn't save data though supposed to. Constantly getting network connection error messages though there are none. Logged out and app won't let me log back in, claiming I input the wrong password even though I didn't. If you're going to offer an app, take the job seriously and make sure the basics work (or don't offer an app).
3 ★seems good. used it for the first time today. i have a different hth product than the 1st recommendation so I'm trying to figure out how to use the granules. hopefully there's a way to choose the product owned. still exploring app. if not there needs to be. also i keep getting an error message after i submit the test strip results. it did finally give me results after 4 tries. the app will not save my results at all so that's a problem. the test strip text line does not work either.
1 ★Worked great first time. Now all I get is "something did not go through, check your Internet connection and try again" even with the "contact us" link. I would not have left bad feedback but only way to get your attention, plus I bought these test strips with the promise of this really cool app.
1 ★I have registered 3-4 different times but still yet when I go to login it says that my e-mail and/or password isnt correct. When I put my test strip results in, it keeps saying oops something went wrong... Something must be wrong with the app cause last year I didn't have this issue at all. Please fix it.
2 ★I can enter my test strip info and see the results but when I click on the "see recommendations" the app stops and closes. I've deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone and still have the same issue. I wouldn't say it's completely useless because I can see what is too high/low.
1 ★This app is complete garbage, it wont let me put any info in and then it updated and now I'm logged out. Try to log in, opps, that information is not valid or does not exist, try to reset password and it say that email is not valid, try to re-register, and guess what it says I cant use my email because it's already an existing account.....try to log in again with the same exact email and it says it's not a valid email address......pointless waste of time, might just switch products for my pool .
1 ★Will not allow registration. Gives a server code message. The HTH TestStrip Text is down, as well. Very disgruntled with HTH customer service at the moment. I use HTH products exclusively but now will have to wait until Monday and drive an hour to the pool store for testing confirmation (I'm a new pool owner) and treatment plan.
1 ★Unsupported browser..what browser does this app support?
1 ★Useless... This app used to work great. Now I get nothing but error messages when I enter my test strips. It gave me the same error message when I tried to send a message that the app was not working. By other reviews, many have same issue.
1 ★The app doesn't work. It tells me to check my network connection every time. I am connected and have no trouble with any other app. So then I texted a pic of my strip on a plain background and it tells me it can't read the strip. Tried 3 times. Completely useless.
