1 ★Classic case of "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". Subpar cut last year and this year they entirely lied and used old pictures, did not touch my lawn. DO NOT USE
5 ★Really easy, like "how did no one else think of this" good.
1 ★Not a great app. Was hoping to get a quote for mulch delivery. I wanted bulk brought and dumped. The only option is to give them the LxW dimensions of your beds so they can install it. Im capable of doing that. I wanted to order by the yard, not the measurement of my beds. Who has easily measured square beds?? I know how many yards I need, not the measurements of my beds. Dumb
2 ★Scheduled service near the beginning of April. A week later I still hadn't heard anything and followed up with customer service. They said they would reach out to providers and let me know when it was scheduled. A week later I still hadn't heard anything, so I cancelled. The next morning, I got an email that my job had been scheduled. Very confusing and frustrating experience.

5 ★So easy and they do a wonderful job.
1 ★App was OK, but service was bait and switch. Last year on VIP service the would plow every 6 inches. Good service. This year it snowed 2 inches and they sent a truck out. I had to pay 10 bucks to cancel. The told me that now they automaticaly send out a plow truck every 3 inches at $108 bucks a pop. Policy change after I sighed up this season only 2 weeks ago. No notice.
5 ★I was very happy with my experience. After the town plowed, leaving over a foot at the bottom of my driveway I had to leave the job partially done to get to work. I requested the service (half expecting it to take a few hours or more due to the weather) and was pleasantly surprised to receive a text/photo that the work was completed within an hour of my request!
1 ★I love the layout, used interface, and ability to contact someone. They also have fast response times and do what you ask over the chat very quickly. That's where the positives stop. I've literally never received a service I've ordered from this app. They always cancel on me and push the date forward. Sometimes it's due to bad weather, which I understand, but other times it's because they keep releasing partners and assigning them to new jobs. They need better partners job management system.

5 ★App works as described, easy to use. It would be nice to know what the estimated time between job submittal and job assignment might be when its busy, that way you have some idea if it will be a while before being assigned. I requested a plow for the afternoon, just before lunch but it didn't get assigned until the next day due to the volume of requests. I sent a message in the app and got a response within the stated few hours, informing there would be a delay. All in all works as desired.
4 ★I've used Plowz & Mowz a few times for snow removal and every time they come in a timely manner and do an excellent job. Prices are high but I'm guessing it's because of the last minute requests. I get notifications when the job is requested, accepted, someone is on the way, and job is completed (along with a picture). The app is extremely user friendly. I definitely recommend 👌
