5 ★I do a lot of carpentry and renovations, so I don't use the app often. Actually I call or just stop by My home store and order. I've used the app lately for purchase history info. Available in PDF format, exactly what I needed.NOW, no problem browsing through finding everything I need. Viewing different options in similar products and ordering My final selections in the amounts I needed. Check out with my Sherwin Williams business account was so easy I wondered..Did I do that right.. Confirmed!!
3 ★I can't believe I have to say this, but this app needs a begin order tab. You have to either go into recent purchases or into search and if you don't know the exact name or spelling of the product it is very difficult to find and use. Making it a waste of time. I just spoke to my rep and she is going to submit this but it should have been the first thing you put on this app! Also a broader search for misspelling and maybe, and I know this is crazy, a stock list to choose from
1 ★The app is junk. It has so many glitches. If you try to make a payment it says it had an error in signing in. Even before this current glitch, it would have to refreash the payment page 3 or 4 times before it would not say that it was drawing a blank. This has been going on since the app started.
5 ★Very handy for searching product information and the ability to look up my order history is fantastic. Also, being able to order paint and supplies online through app, pay for them, and have them picked up by an employee saves alot of time!
2 ★You cant view invoice totals without clicking and then opening the pdf. You cant export totals to spreadsheets. You can't search invoices for a product only job name date or invoice number. This app could be a lot better. It's a good start but not there yet.
1 ★App won't work, once I sign in, the page goes blank then goes back to the sign in page. I have tried several times to unistall and then reinstall again to no avail. Sherwin please fix your app. I love the improvements you have made to it over the last few years.
4 ★This app us very useful for my painting business. They continue to improve it over time. It is alot better now than it was when it was first launched. I would give it a higher rating if I were able to manage my SW credit account thru the app somehow. As in see my bill, pay my bill etc.
5 ★I like the idea, great time saver. The problem is that the history and recent functions arent loading, should be a pretty easy adjustment to get this app up to a 5star rating. I will continue to use it, i know you guys will get it running well. Update: All the functions are working now, I havent seen anything that would have me rate this under 5 stars. Thanks guys!
2 ★Works great on my ipad and will give 5 stars there but is very slow on my phone. Slow to the point that I could almost call the store and ask about something faster than you can look it up on the app. Love the idea, will continue using on ipad, phone app is extremely slow and junk.
2 ★App crashes a lot. I have reinstalled it and same result. It is a cumbersome app to use. Too much info makes it slow and confusing. Not user friendly for sure. You might as well just order at store.
3 ★I love the app as it helps me be more efficient with ordering material and looking up information on that material. The only downfall is that I have to login every time I open it. There has to be a way to make it where I don't have to do this every time I want to get in the app. There are plenty of apps that leave me logged in so if this could be fixed that would be great. At a minimum give me the option to stay logged in or not.
1 ★Constantly crashing, I try and use this to check my pricing on products for my business while writing proposals, and it is always slow, difficult use and crashes more than once before I get the info I need. It would be easier to drive to closest store and ask an employee
