1 ★If you read their terms and conditions, they ask you to agree to them gaining rights to everything you upload and them being able to publish at their discretion any time they please. Very sketchy, probably co-owned by a tabloid or ad agency.
2 ★The app requires signing up for an SME Storage account, raising questions about privacy and security. It is not an app that just syncs your files between the cloud and your local disk.
