1 ★Started OK... Now just awful. The app just constantly crashes in the background. When opening it up it just closes. Sadly today I got the "leave a review" message. Was going to ignore but then the app crashed. This is already not the most user friendly app, and today it is useless. As I can't actually open the app, it's 1 star.
1 ★Impossible to select folders I want to backup. I can only upload file by file, or a certain file type. For me a cloud storage where I can't select the folders I want to backup is pretty useless. Also I can't find possibility to recover backup back to device, in case device is lost. And no functionality to simply (and resonably fast) download a certain / multiple folder(s) on another device. Useless backup app.
4 ★Good option for google photos, I am using it since few years and say happy with it. People who complains abiut data loss after changing smartphone should log into Laptop/desktop with browser to grt all their device files. Also you can add new device wity upload feature also. You can also increase your stirage limit from 100 gb to ....gb just by watching some short ads. The main problem with this app is it allows to upload video file of max 500 mb. All other features and upload is very good.
1 ★Do not reccommend to use I have use and support this app from start, now app is useless. It can only store picture movie, not other kind. And no option to upload from other dirctory than picture cam music. I have store files i there but when they upgrade thier server they erase all my files. App owner, Take my advice and improve you app now to store any kind of file, any where from phone/computer.
4 ★Storage facility is too good and increasing storage facility is also a nice feature but please if you improve UI degisn and please make it easier to find photos and one more thing that I think it's too much annoying the uploading process when I select the files to be uploaded then always it shows with in a second that you are uploaded your file about 40% but in real the file aren't uploaded a percent ! Please Improve it! I know that this is a free service but please make it like Google photos!

I am trying to ditch google services and found Diego, but it takes over 24 hrs to upload only 1 picture, not even HD (112kb) it was a screenshot on my phone to test the app. It is pointless to have 100Gb if you cannot upload files. I thought it was my VPN on my cellphone so I tried uploading from my PC with a regular internet connection and again keeps uploading for hours and hours
5 ★Really don't know what some of these comments are talking about. Been using the app for about 4 years now and it works fine. You can and should disable automatic upload. Upload is pretty fast and they are constantly awarding you more space.
1 ★Don't buy cloud storage from degoo. I have purchased degoo 2TB cloud storage for lifetime.If you want to buy critical data storage, don't use degoo cloud storage (use sync, mega, icedrive & zoolz). That's why I just uploaded successfully music files in degoo storage and size more than 50gb,but when I check status there, showing only 12.33gb data. If I check files lot of files missing. I know degoo support will not responding any mails.In my opinion don't waste your money for this storage.
2 ★Upload and storage function very well, how ever file it image managing very not friendly, I usually group all photo by month. But here i unable to create folder to organising the file, when I want to delete all photo from particular month , I have to select each photo one by one(200+). And delete. Good since upload I can select folder in my phone, which mean I prefer organics by folder and would be good if after upload still manage by folder. Of cause the gallery can view as timeline or folder.
1 ★Why Am I paying over $16 a month? For what exactly.. I read your website and my photos are stuck on here. If I wanted print one OH WELL TOUGH S+&T. IS ANYONE ELSE GETTING SCREWED OR IS IT JUST ME? I FEEL LIKE IT'S JUST ME!
3 ★Needs to improve the upload speed! The uploading speed of the cloud on the app is horrendous. It took me around 4 hours of time just to upload a 1.5 gb of file space with an internet bandwidth of 8mbps. Please fix it as soon as possible.
