長庚醫療財團法人秉持以病人為中心之服務理念，定期提供健康衛教等文章，使醫療服務融入民眾的生活中，也藉此傳遞正確的醫療保健觀念。長庚ｉ健康App提供以下功能項目：
「保健專欄」：包含醫療時論、醫學新知、病人安全、中醫專欄、兒童醫療、飲食營養、健康高齡、健康影音等，提供最新、最專業的健康資訊。
「白話醫學」：由本體系醫療專業人員發表，將艱澀難懂的醫學名詞以淺顯的文字說明描述。
「用藥安全」：教育民眾在藥品使用上之安全與適應性，並提供中、西藥資訊查詢，新增藥袋QR Code查詢。
「衛教文章」：本體系現行衛教PDF手冊，包含疾病照護、技術、藥物等六大分類，供民眾隨時隨地瀏覽閱讀。
「醫療品質」：本體系為提升民眾就醫品質而努力之表現，包括品質認證、獲獎紀錄、榮譽事蹟、國際醫療，另外利用新聞紀要與特別報導，傳遞最新消息與活動紀錄。
