4 ★First time using this app. Found it straight forward to use. You just need to input your destination details and where you want picked up and the app continuously searches for a taxi until one is accepted and details of the drivers name and vehicle information are shown with an approx time of arrival. There's a follow up call as well just to confirm the booking. The app also gives a rough price guide of the journey and shows a GPS of the driver's car and route. Overall a good experience app.

5 ★I generally always travel with City Cars. A big thanks to Henry! I left my phone in his taxi and realised a couple of minutes after he'd dropped me home, I managed to contact City Cars and he brought it back to me! I am so relieved!

3 ★humm.. it's om but....can't add card for payments! keeps saying vender account is closed :/

1 ★The app is ok, but drivers should be trained on how to tell if a ride has been paid for via the app. I paid for a ride via the app, but the driver still asked me to pay at the end of the ride. I showed him the payment on my bank app and where it said prepay on his phone. He still didn't believe me and called City Cars for help. Thankfully, the woman who answered confirmed to him that I had paid. Please update the app so that passengers can show drivers that they have already paid for.

1 ★I used this app to prepay for a taxi ride by card. The driver tried to get me to pay again by cash. The app should have a function that will let me show the driver that the ride has already been paid for by card.

3 ★Was very happy with this app until it stopped working on Android phones! It's been like this for weeks and it's still not working! They have lost a lot of business from me because of that. I could call directly but then I cant track the car :(
