=== 使い方（初期設定） ===
1. 初回起動時に自分のグループを登録
画面下部にある「グループ設定」ボタンをクリックし、当日に該当するグループを選択し、OKボタンをクリックしてください。
グループの設定は初回のみでOKです。
2. タイマーの通知音、バイブレーションなどの通知設定
画面下部にある「通知設定」ボタンをクリックし、通知設定画面が表示されます。

設定方法は
1.トグルボタンをONに設定すると、タイマーが起動されます。
