Die intuitiv bedienbare, eConnect App dient der Live-Übermittlung von Statusinformationen und Positionen aus dem LKW. Unabhängig von jedem Telematiksystem haben Transportdienstleister und Subunternehmer die Möglichkeit, ihre Fahrzeuge in die offene eConnect-Plattform einzubinden und Auftraggebern und Empfängern die jeweiligen Statusinformationen und Positionen in Echtzeit zum Abruf zur Verfügung zu stellen.Voraussetzungen:
• Android-Tablet oder -Smartphone
• Internetverbindung
• GPS- Einstellungen freigegeben
Installation:
• Installierbar auf jedem Tablet oder Smartphone mit Android-Betriebssystem ab Version 4.03
Funktionen:
• Live-Übertragung von Positionen und Statusmeldungen aus dem Fahrzeug an die eConnect-Plattform von Logenios
• Statusmeldungen: Ankunft, Beladen Beginn, Beladen Ende, Abfahrt, Entladen Beginn, Entladen Ende
• Nachrichten von der Zentrale lesen, Nachrichten an die Zentrale senden
• Anhänge wie z.B. Bilder oder PDFs anzeigen und verschicken
Auftragsabwicklung
• Auf der eConnect-Plattform wird ein Auftrag generiert, der eine fünfstellige Auftragsnummer erhält. Diese Tour wird dem Fahrer oder Disponenten per SMS oder E-Mail übermittelt.
• Der Fahrer loggt sich auf seinem Endgerät mit den Zugangsdaten für den Auftrag in die eConnect-App ein (fünfstellige Auftragsnummer und PIN).
• ETA (voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit) kann manuell eingegeben werden.
• Positionsmeldungen werden automatisch online in definierten Intervallen oder bei Richtungsänderung versendet und auf der eConnect-Plattform dargestellt.
• Alle Beteiligten der Logistikkette erhalten Statusmeldungen und Positionsdaten in Echtzeit auf der eConnect-Plattform und sind somit über den gesamten Verlauf der Logistikkette informiert
