2 ★This app is very very bad app trust me you do not want this app in the middle of text someone is just stops and kicks you out of the app and this app keeps lagging 2/5 stars do not recommend
4 ★The experience with it has been mostly good, the app has been reliable even on previous versions and the UI improvements are greatly appreciated, it's easier to know the status of my coworkers now. I've only see certain delay when connecting to the network when I open up the app, that's why the 4 stars for now. Keep the good work up! I'm sure we'll get some performance fixes in the future
3 ★Once you get used to it it's pretty good but does not have the ability to set individual tone sound for their notifications. It sounds just like all my other notifications which is annoying because I cannot easily distinguish what is trying to notify me for what reason. And often while texting, if for some reason I leave my keyboard I cannot return to a keyboard unless I go out of the current page and then come back at which point my text messages has disappeared and I have to start again
2 ★Two stars only because it's Open Source and "works", however, it's so annoying not receiving notifications, nor being able to jump to the first unread message... I mean... In a list of 100 unread messages it could take a loooong to find the unread line. Also in-app notifications don't play a sound and if you get out of the app the messages list will not update. The app has a lot of potential, but looks like there's no maintenance... PD: Web version at mobile is simply impossible.
3 ★Reading messages works fine but under mpbile data an some slow wifis sending messages fails frequently. This would not be an issue if it would be possible to enable automatic retries in background. What is particularely inconvenient, the unsent messages are frozen (disabled).. you cannot copy them, e.g to send them via other media, nor cancel nor delete them. Messages that have not been send until app closure will remain in that disabled state indefinetly.
1 ★This app is not user friendly at all. Every time you log out you have to re-enter the server details and then your login details to get back in. When opening group chats, it does not show the date of the messages so it becomes hard to guage where to scroll to when looking for old messages. It regularly crashes and now the update fails. Also when opening chats with unread messages, it does not auto scroll to the first message but somewhere in the middle so you have to manually scroll up!
1 ★Forceful updates for the backend - not good. FU
1 ★Usually you can get better results by just using the native web interface. This app is always full of major bugs and ends up wasting your time more than being useful. The online status of other users now doesn't update after logging in anymore. On top of that I needed to uninstall in order to get the update to install?! I have never seen any app do this.

5 ★easy to use, clean and reliable application
1 ★The app freezes everytime I tap a notification to view the messages. It keeps showing the splash screen and nothing happens. Besides, sometimes the notifications are delayed (I already tried disabling the "battery optimization" option for this app with no effect on this issue). I use it on a Motorola One Zoom with Android 9.
