I closed the app and tried launching it again and it's now hanging - can't even get to the login page. Utter rubbish please fix asap
1 ★Not functioning after recent upgrade. Myself and my family members are all logged out of the app pot the upgrade and haven't been able to log in through the new version. This issue has prevented us from recharge our monthly plans, thereby losing the service since last two days, i.e. after our the 30 day plan ended.

1 ★The new version of the app is stupid. It does not show the details of usage. It hangs on the opening screen and sometimes, I try to login using my credentials and it says invalid. Moreover I not able to use my data even after doing a top-up.
1 ★At last where up running. All good with new app. That was short lived, deleted app 7 times attempts sign in 30, give up. All doing freezing on front page, sign in goes off details correct but just wont sign in,, think 3 sim cards be getting moved, shame good service but bad app.

1 ★This network are not able to give a level of customer support that compares to any of the major networks. Fine if all you want is cheap. Not fine if you need any sort of issue resolving. More cost effective to go elsewhere.

Details of second SIM missing. Reports SIM limit reached - I only have 2 and it only shows one. Absolutely useless - previous version much better
